All of that story seems to be based on this "anonymous source" thing. When he begins by listing "all" our problems, he's only talking about that, but he pluralises it - "anonymous sources calling players out" is actually one source, who we're not even sure was a player.

That said, I do wonder whether the FO is considering whether we can "reload" this year as per usual, or if a more long-term "rebuild" is in order.

I read this article the other day, and I actually tweeted to the guy who wrote it asking if he ever researches his so called facts in the stuff he writes or if he just writes down whatever he wants. I asked this because when this was origianlly published on NFL.com, when he mentions Heath Miller, he mentioned that he had a bad knee injury and that HEATH WAS A FREE AGENT! It just made me mad because his job is to know the facts and write and or talk about the nfl and many of these writers just don't research anything, but they proceed to bash teams when they can't get their facts straight. How can he get on a team for not doing their job if he doesn't do his job correctly either? But I see someone must have said something because since then, the article has been edited and the Heath Miller part has been changed. I laughed at the comparison of us to the Jets because if any one knows Adam Schein or has read his stuff, he is a steeler hater. Not sure why, but he never has anything good to say about them.

If someone would step up and become a leader this would not be a problem. I mean Brown just added fuel to the fire by going on national TV and spilling his beans about locker room problems. I don't need to know who on the team said what about a player, good or bad. The media just loves things like that and when they get a hold of it, it just snowballs

This is just shock-inducing fodder for the offseason. Nothing to see here.

Antonio Brown has basically said that Mike Wallace caused a lot of problems this past season. First he said something about guys playing for stats and themselves than the team... Then I believe today or yesterday he admitted that there was a bit of awkwardness between himself and Mike, because he got paid and Mike didn't.

I know this seems like a big deal now, but I have faith in Tomlin to nip all this once training camp starts.

I just read about the awkwardness between wallace and brown. Not browns fault, wallace was offered a fair contract for a decent amount of money, when he turned it down, the steelers moved to their #2 guy to make sure we at least keep one of them.

I like Adam Schein. He's great on NFL Radio. But he's usually wrong about almost everything.

And I'm not just saying this because of the article, I've thought it for years now.

There you have it. Wallace seems like a bit of a diva. He won't be back. This organization does an extraordinary job of pulling weeds (Santonio, Plax, now Wallace).

Losing Wallace, although removing a talented deep threat, will improve the overall performance of this TEAM.

Addition by subtraction as they say. But I also saw an article today that said Santonio might be a Jets casualty and I wondered if he'd try to come back here. What's funny is because I read where Steel By Design said that AB was talking negative about Wallace but then I read the other day where someone said AB was praising Wallace. LOL. You just don't know when to believe these guys. I wouldn't be surprised if it was awkward between them though. I just read on NFL.COM that Wallace is Miami's first choice in FA so I'm sure he's history. The people in their comments section were all about Wallace and I'm just thinking "whatever dude just take him off our hands."

If Ben Roethlisberger isn't injured in that first Ravens game, the Steelers win it. Period. And its not even close. Everyone but the two homer Ravens fans that I talked to on the way out of that game knows this. Even the two other Ravens fans who were with them acknowledged it. The Bengals then win the division, the Steelers and Ravens finish tied at 9-7 and the Steelers get the #6 seed while the Ravens stay home and pound salt (Steelers win division record tie breaker). So while it may be a stretch to say they would have won the SB, it isn't in the least disrespectful to the Ravens.

I like Schein, but he's a total nerd.

Once the prima donna is gone, so will the problems. I'm convinced Wallace is the root of all this.

Then why do you like him

    Good question.

Actually if you've ever heard him, he's got this annoying nasally voice thats fun to imitate and goof on. And he doesn't seem like a bad guy, or a vindictive kind of guy, he's just full of sh*t a large portion of the time.
