I give Fields credit for taking the blame; he gave him the leg kick a long time before but Frazier was busy calling out and while waiting Fields took a peek at what the D was doing.

harris has never looked "right". it's why they didn't extend his contract.

His juke with 1 minute left in game on 3rd and 22 to keep the clock running was sad.

The offense is looking much better under the new OC, but still totally lack discipline... QB and Center still can't snap properly in game #4, Pickens running with the ball in one hand like he's going for a dunk in basketball, Harris juking and letting time run down at end of 4th quarter.

That was a great play by Washington. I'd like to see them target him more

Great write up as usual. Slant passes killed us and would it kill us to throw one. Running consistently into 8 man front is insanity.

Just to your final point. I was reading a sports article somewhere last week that the Steelers/Colts were going to get the worst officiating crew in the entire NFL. Apparently, they throw the most flags by far and get more calls wrong than any other crew. I felt like today was no exception.

Absolutely. Thats not new however. Been seeing this for the last years. Whenever our defense got manhandled, it is because the pass rush could not get through or because TJ watt had a shy day. If the opponents qb does not feel the pressure, there are huge holes to throw to, even on 3rd & long consistently.

Colts O line is no joke. We were handled.

This offense is still missing that consistent downfield passing attack and our running game is sort of weak. O line is definitely playing below expectations.

Fields is not the guy for a contender or a serious playoff team. If they stick with him its to see if hes the long term answer but this season will be a waste. As will be picking up Wilson. He’s a playoff Qb. I hope they put him in.

$10 says he will be apart of the trade package. If not, he is as good as gone regardless. For that matter, perhaps the statement made by @steelersrule6 regarding DeVante Adams could pick up some steam.

Thanks for the summary. I missed the game.

It`s kind of sickening how our offense always seems to get off to a slow start and now it`s come back to bite us in the arse. That plus the defense being sub-par spells LOSER for us.

Insult to injury is getting beat by old man Flacco.

When I earlier saw a sports analyst who said "It`s IMPOSSIBLE for us to lose this game, I knew we were doomed.

It would have been spectacular if Fields engineered a game winning drive. We would all be as high as a kite.

    Instead, a VERY disappointing day.

It's all a matter of opinion of course, I for one think he could and should, be a bigger part of the offense.

    14. Cordarrelle Patterson looked really good until getting his bell rung.

Completely disagree the snap issues are all on him. Not sure we watched the same game.

Considering the amount of times Fields was running for his life, Wilson would have been a sitting duck back there. Especially if he has calf issues all season long.

dont disagree. O line needs to get healthy or it wont matter who's playing Qb. As we saw, our D is not invincible and they will need help from the offense. Specially down the stretch.

Zach Frazier snapped the ball before getting the tap from McCormick. That bad snap was on the rookie.

Today stunk but I don’t want to overreact to it. 3-1 in a not so strong division. Hopefully we get back some of the injured players soon.

Fields has some responsibility, but some of those snaps are way too high, and that's on Frazier.

Very mature and leader-like. Fields has impressed me since taking over as QB1. I was not a fan of his when he first got here. I am now.

I would buy in that Harris might be injured, but he looked pretty good on that long catch and run. I'm a fan of Harris, but I have to admit it is baffling that Patterson was much more effective before he was injured.

The snap issues are only going to get solved if Frazier and Fields work on it.
