Post Game Loss Complaint Thread

Terrible mistakes on offense at the worst possible times, defense was swiss cheese on 3rd down and in the first quarter. Awful trap game and I saw it coming

 

Nobody was ready for this game at all. Got the sparks flying 2nd half and dam near pulled it of if that bad center release. But in all it wasn’t a good day for us.

 

A nice comeback that fell short. There are mistakes in every game for every team. Disappointed in defense today but have faith they'll be back. Fields better then I thought. Wilson could not have got us back into the game. All in all I'm happy to be 3-1.

Opps, it's a complaint thread, Tomlin did it.

 

Didn't see the whole game. That said, looking at the first half box score, Indianapolis controlled the First Half completely. Najee had a game to forget. Minkah also had a very controversial penalty on him.


Biggest loser might be Fields. Tomlin isn't likely going to permit him to start now; not for another week anyways. Yes, I saw the highlight of him fumbling but he did give the team a chance to win. Problem was, another miscommunication on the snap.


Not sure who it was on... but it doesn't matter. This team lost but Fields may be the biggest loser of this game.

 

Still the messed-up snaps 4 weeks in wtf the o-line was garbage---def showed weakness. did someone light a fire under Harris Butt. I don't know if Fields is the answer he shows good and bad--- --- arrrgh might hurt us in playoff race now. Steelers best get it together for the late stretch.Thanks for this complaint thread.

Noway Fields gets benched. We wouldn’t have even been in this game if it wasn’t for him.

Not saying he does.


All I am saying is that Fields isn't likely to be named starter. We are of the same opinion in not benching Fields. For that matter, Fields provided this Offense a spark it has not seen in quite some time.


I seriously doubt Russell Wilson is capable of doing the same.

 

I thought this might be a trap game as well and the first quarter proved that true. Glad the way we fought back. It seems like some games we just don't get the bounces and this game was one of them. Porter could have had a few picks, we almost got a fumble recovery etc. On the flip side we made almost evert stupid mistake in the book but were in this game at the end. The 2 minute offense meltdown was pretty bad and I'm sure will be a point of focus.

The first half.....

 

Good:

- Fields is growing and getting better.
- defensive line wasn’t bad, minus Watt
- CP looked amazing, tough break he hurt his ankle.

Bad:

- Just go to ugly.

Ugly:

- Secondary was awful, never covered anyone.
- Harris is a cancer, makes dumb decisions and needs to go.
- Pickens fumble.
- Whole offensive line.
- We have no wideouts other than Pickens and he is a knuckle head.
- Frazier needs to get his head in the game and bad snaps pretty much cost us the game.
- Queen was atrocious today.

Special category for you PHUCkING suck: REFS…that was a special kind of bad game called by the officials.

 

If Patterson doesn't get hurt, we win. Does he have a 25th year option?

I just did not see this team as capable of winning 3 straight on the road- few teams can.
There is no such thing as a good loss and this wouldn't be it if there was - but last year this would have been a 27-3 loss with Canada and KP.

 

Well, they didn't give up - and that's certainly worth something. All losses are bad, but some feel worse than others. This one hurts, but I liked the grit shown by the offense in that last quarter. They took what could have been a humiliating loss and turned it into a nail biter.

Oh wait, I forgot - this is a complain thread. To quote Zoidberg, they were bad - and they should feel bad!

 

I mean... @HeinzMustard ... you called it man. Gotta give ya credit.

 

Too many mistakes, sloppy, this team is as it has been for years, is really dumb. The refs are screwing the Steelers every week and they have been for years - we are on the wrong end of 3-4 game changing calls every single week.

 

Nobody moved when Frazier snapped it. There was a delay, which leads me to believe Frazier screwed up. That’s on Frazier.

 

At least someone was having a career game.

Fair enough. That said, I still love Frazier. Just has to clean up the issues. Granted though, there isn't much time.
