As an old guy I am having flashbacks to when both Franco Harris and Rocky Bleier were out injured in a playoff game against the Oakland Raiders.

 

I think the sling for Harris is precautionary. Nothing more.


I do agree that Tuesday needs to get here though.

 

Someone needs to connect him with Derrick Henry's maintenance staff that way he is investing in his own longevity.

 

Hopefully Najee can contact Adrian Peterson while he is at it.

 

It might help Najee's cause if he stops trying to do the high hurdles on a football field. Najee is much better at running through guys, then he is jumping over them, or running around them for that matter

Peterson would probably be interested in working for beer money as I just read he is already having money problems and will be bankrupt soon.

I was only four when that happened, but that situation came to mind for me today, too.

 

That's what I've been saying for a while. It is dangerous and stupid. Hopefully, it hasn't finally bitten him and the Steelers in the ass. He runs a high risk of injury and fumbling every time he does it. It was particularly stupid to do it at the end of a run for a first down with the team up 10 points very late in the game.

 

And they had to play Reggie Harrison who had the build speed and agility of a bowling ball

 

Not to mention there were multiple guys closing in on him, not just one guy he had to hurdle.

 

Huge Najee Harris fan here; but if he dislocated his shoulder doing that stupid ass High-Hurdle thing I am going to be pissed!

 

A lot of bad decisions and a lot of leaching 'friends'.

 

The high hurdling reminds me of when we had te Vanimal at TE and he would make a point of strong arming defenders. Then the back up TE deliberately tried it on the 1 yard line, fumbled into the end zone and we ended up losing the game.
