A QB to keep an eye on he's a gunslinger.

If not Allar, Dart is my second choice.

He isn't just a gunslinger. He can extend plays.

Thing is, will he be available.

Well, if they want a guy they will probably have to trade up to get him.

I have seen Dart play since he was a freshman at USC , this is his third season at Ole Miss.

Your a genius… 23tds 5 int last year.. good numbers…if i had a choice between Dart and Allar definitely take dart… Allar a deer in the headlights constantly
Still at this time would prefer Beck

I will continue to be serious about Allar until I see something from his game, this season, that validates the fact that he isn't ready.

Have you seen anything that validates that he is, in fact, ready? Not that it would be a terrible thing if you like the kid. He is looking like a day 3 pick at the moment (might end up a day 2 pick if he finally puts a decent game together against a good opponent), so we will have ample time to draft him.

He looks so effortless. Great athlete too, and appears to be pretty thick for a guy that is only about 6'2''. Play extension, looks natural on the move.

Dart, Ewers, Ward, and Beck are probably the top QB's at the moment for me. All a tier above Sanders, Howard, Milroe, Gabriel, etc.

Thus far?! Indeed I have. His game against West Virgina is a good starting point; doubly so when his Receiving options are not dropping those passes. Now, is every pass he makes automatic?! Of course not.

However, are the routine throws that he does make often get dropped?! Without a doubt. His game against Bowling Green is another example of him literally navigating through adversity caused by his own players.

Did you know that Allar had 25 TD passes vs. 2 interceptions last season? I would never have thought it from watching him in a big game last year (I think it was the Ohio State game) but that’s what he did.

Allar’s raw potential is very high. I want to see what he does in the biggest games this year before judging.

Jalen Milroe is probably going to continue to make a jump into the first tier.

Yes there are no Bowling Greens and Purdues in the NFL. Remember PSU has MANY 4 and 5 star players
    on their roster.

The issue lies if they do draft a QB (which I believe they should do} who will they sit behind? Can't see them starting a rookie right away.

This is why I was hoping that Wilson might get a deal a year maybe two next season. Year two the rook takes over. At this point i'm not sure what they are thinking. Not convinced that Fields is the long term solution. But Hot Dog Tomlin loves him. His little Lamar.

I tend to think they're going to find a bridge for 25 and aim for QB in 26. That class is shaping up nicely.

This week will be a massive litmus test.

If he passes?! With his talent and potential?! Book him for the Top 10. Should he somehow win the Heisman?! No less than Top 5.

Top 10 pick he is then.

There goes my dreams. Granted, he always looked like a First Round QB to me dating back to last season. Last night though was vindication of his capabilities.

Yeah, just based on potential alone. Very similar to Richardson, raw but almost unlimited talent.

I feel more comfortable with a guy like Cam Ward. He will have 50 starts next week and is 22. He's still getting better, and still has plenty of meat on the bone I believe.

He's got nice size, can run, and has a rocket that he can throw from any angle. Shows poise and leadership. He very well could end up a top 10 pick as well. I hope not.
