In signing their own, draft picks, and coaching pick ups.Don't you get tired of developing guys for other teams? Some of the coaches could've left awhile ago. Like ,who is the qb coach because I never see him talking to Ben....the only two is the OC and batch. If lewis want to walk then go because he really don't impress me.Coach lakes can develop someone else. Wallace has to be kept now that miller is hurt. I don't care what has to happen but get it done. There is my venting.... Oh and coach Tomlin show me that you can win with your draft picks.

No chance Wallace stays unless he doesn't want to get paid and since this is Wallace we are talking about, I think he wants to get paid. Say bye bye.

Really? So you know what they're doing behind the scenes when it comes to coaches (though they have filled 2 of the 3 vacant spots and the 3rd just became vacant)...or what type of contracts/etc with players they have been working on? The Steelers have kept a number of their own guys over the years...but NO team can always keep them. The QB coach is Randy Fitchner and I've seen him talking with Ben and others many of times (but unless you know who he is/etc you probably wouldnt know or realize that). And Lewis has said he wants to be here and had a very good exit meeting after the season...and he was the best and most improved part of the DB's...to say he dont impress and you'd rather let him go? Really? I think your anger or frustration is making you say irrational/untrue things. And Miller being hurt has nothing to do with keeping Wallace...while yes he is another receiving target...but they are not forced to keep him because of this. If he comes back (at a reasonable rate) fine...if not...oh well. They will be fine. Just relax...jeez.

    Signing their own what?

Randy Fichtner. They talk quite a bit, more than anyone else most likely. It's not something they show on television all that much.

Jeez, cut the guy a break. He said he was venting. :)

We can't afford Wallace even if we don't resign Lewis. And it sucks to see our coaches go to other teams, but thats football. Every player and every coach all have hopes, dreams and goals they want to achieve, just like most of us do. When I see one of our coaches get a promotion with another team, it sucks to see them walk, but its also a compliment to us and the steelers.
