Steelers Interested in Former CFL OT Jovan Olafioy?

Former CFL OT Jovan Olafioye met with the Packers last Thursday but was turned down by Green Bay's medical staff.

Olafioye went through a similar charade last offseason, agreeing to a deal with the Rams before being released due to medical concerns stemming from hypertension. "It's my blood pressure, but I've got it under control," Olafioye insisted. "I've been to so many doctors and I've been cleared by them all." He would probably be cheap.....wonder what the deal is with his BP?

 

We do not need a guy that in questionable on the medical exam. We have enough injuries now let alone a guy who has a BP problem.

 

He's been voted the CFL's most outstanding lineman. Here's a fairly recent article about him....
