Ex-Steelers in UFL

I just saw that Brad Wing had the #1 play in the UFL.

And McFarland scored a TD.

 

I actually watch this league. I like a lot of the way they officiate the game....

 

I haven't had a chance to watch live yet. I heard on the Ramon Foster show that the kickoff rule might make it more like a play than a normal kickoff since the players are closer to each other and where the ball lands. He was saying that you could have blocking schemes similar to pulling, etc and also bring in the bigger guys. Something I wanted to check out if I catch a game. Somewhere else they were saying that the KO return game might be more like a running play so you might see more RB types than the smaller return guys.

 

Is this league doing the Live Mics on the Refs during a replay? I really like that from the other league. They would actually let you listen in on the discussions when a replay was happening, so the TV audience would know exactly why a decision was made on the call.

 

Yes, and still can hear the exchange with the ref overlord in the booth. The Indy games are the best ones because they show up big time. Full seating.
