I'm going to try to make it to Vegas soon to bet the over, with my luck this will be the year they don't hit the over.

Not quite sure. Too many new pieces, players and coaches, how long will it take for them to gell? That is the question.
It started out at 7.5 now up to 8.5.

Yes...Steelers will wipe the floor with the Eagles, Ravens and Chiefs. And get destroyed by the Broncos, Commanders and Giants.

    Giants at home in MNF?

Last time the Steelers lost at home in MNF, Noll was still our head coach!

Of course the Steelers opponent in their last MNF loss was against the Giants!

They need to stack wins in the early part of the schedule, then maybe they can go like 3-3 in their last six games, and win those divisional games at the end.

8-9 or 9-8. But when you factor in the inevitable injuries that happen during the season. Who the hell knows LOL

I am actually more confident. I think when our backs are up against the wall thats when Tomlin does the best coaching. This team is going to come out with alot of players and coaches feeling like they have to prove themselves this year. Nothing better than a pissed off team and a tough schedule to create laser focus. I am predicting 10-7 with one playoff win.

Yes, I am. Two main factors ... the defense and offense have improved

I was thinking it might go something like this. Remember a couple of years ago, started off 11-0 (fluke or not, that was the record), then they fell apart. The rescheduling due to covid, injuries. A 3 game period within nearly the same day span we have this year.

Not saying we will be 11-0, but the vibes just reminded me of that year. A lot goes into division games, physical and emotional..going to be interesting to see how much they can muster during that brutal stretch.

Is past prologue? Will the Steelers continue to win MNF games forever, just because they’ve won a bunch in a row? Streaks continue till they don’t.

Whoever in the AFC North is healthy from November 17th to December 21st wins the division and whoever's not doesn't, because the Steelers play the Ravens twice, the Browns twice and the Bengals once, in addition to the Eagles, all in that 35 day period. But aside from that I think the Steelers are going to win 10 games.

The Steelers were 10-7 last yr, but went 5-1 in the division. I’d be shocked if they did that again. The Steelers could be a better team in 2024, but have still a worse record.

Yes, even if we go 500 last 8 games should get us to 10--12 wins

so many unknowns with our team we might be world beaters, or we might be beaten. Too many new players a big change at QB ---offence everything won't know till we see what's what

I thought the days of actually going to Las Vegas to place a bet were long gone.

This is definitely a bet you want to place as soon as possible. The Steelers could easily open 4-0.

And after the beatings we keep taking every time we go to KC, the Christmas home game is a gifted Win for the Steelers. Kansas City on the road after only 4 days off and during the Holidays away from their family and friends; Nightmare scenario for KC.

10-7 or 11-6. The schedule isn’t ideal but it shouldn’t matter all that much

I know a lot is being made of the final eight game stretch but you can be sure one of Lamar or Burrow will be out for the year by then and the Browns are the most overrated team in the whole league. The Steelers have the best record in the division over the years and will go 3-3 in the AFC North at worst.

The QB situation is a little unpredictable but they will be fine

The key is not only the qbs, but TJ. If he gets hurt, well we know how that plays out

I go to Atlantic City but everyone else I know who bets does it from the comfort of their couch. I just don't like betting on an App. I've got 4 guys who bet the over and it's just on my word. They are not Steeler fans.

7-10 is a real possibility. so is 10-7. It all depends on the start of the season. Coin flip games like chargers, Falcons, and jets will make the difference.
