TJ McDonald just gave up a TD but looked good in run support the play before.

E J Manuel would look good in a Steelers uniform maybe a 3rd pick. We need a young athletic qb.

I havent been paying much attention so I cant comment on EVERYTHING. For some reason i still see this Anash guy as a 4-3 DE.

One guy who stood out a bit is the DB from Oregon State..Poyer/Proyer. And Rambo with his INT.

Rambo in the 2nd round would be nice we need a young safety.

I too have things going on and can't watch like I want too. That anash, who by the way Mel Liper has the Steelers picking in his mock... is for real from what I'm seeing. I could see us picking him and swithing to the 4-3.... Anash-Hood-McLendo-Keisel/Heyward as our DL.

I'm definitely not doubting he could be something one day he's looking solid (got to see some highlights just now)...but unless they switch to the 4-3, I just don't see him as an OLB. And in that 4-3, Woodley would be one of the DEs no way he would stay at OLB.

Another guy who looks solid is that QB from Florida State. I've been looking at him, Dysert, L. Jones or Klein (as a last resort) as a QB pick for the Steelers...if they are there in the mid rounds. Most QBs have sucked in this game but oh well its not the end all be all.

    speaking of picks :lolol:

But yeah, he might be a nice backup for Ben

Heck, the QBs out of college these days are quite good alltogether (unless they're from USC, wouldn't touch those with a 10ft pole, with the recent history of USC QBs ...)

That Poyer kid is around the ball alot. Looks like a DB worth taking a longer look at.
I'm not sure what to do with woodley if we did get Anash. Not sure he's a 4-3 OLB or DE....... hhmmm.
QB Gleenon has just had two really nice throws. He's so inconsistent he may fall far enough for us to nab him and he can sit and learn a couple years before challegning Ben.....maybe.

glennon is a pocket passer. you would have to keep him squeaky clean, something they didn't do well this year at ncst. and it showed. poyer is a very good corner by the way. i wouldn't shed a tear if he was our pick in the 2nd. elam, poyer 1-2. that would work for me.

As a Seminole fan, I would LOVE to see EJ in the black and gold!
