I enjoyed watch both Barner and Stepfan Taylor run this year. Barner would be more of a home run threat, while Taylor would resemble Redman's running style (based on my limited exposure to him). I wouldn't mind either of these guys in the 3rd...and maybe even trading up early in the 3rd if they are there, but like we've all basically agreed on...I don't think the first two rounds can be a back/WR unless an absolute stud falls to us (Lacy in the 2nd)

i like graham. not the homerun threat like barner though. we will see plenty of good udfa's in here too. there is some depth in this draft if you look. barner has some special gifts that haley could use.

The latest "rumor central" references Bouchette in how he thinks it will pan out. Basically the columnist believes nobody will attempt to poach Dwyer or Redman away, but that neither of these two will be the lead back for us, and he rebuttals the last "rumor" on Insider that the Steelers will not be digging into FA backs, but instead focus on the draft. Listing: Lacy, Giovanni Bernard (UNC), and Montee Ball (WISC) all as viable 2nd day backs who are expected to make an impact as rookies.
