Bummer. Welp, $2,943,332 closer to being under the cap. Only $13,077,055 to go.

It’s about time. Should have never been signed in the first place.

good try at some humoe - if Mason is smart , he will go to a team that intends on winning and is fair in their evaluation processes.

LOL The whining from some of y'all about fairness to Rudolph really is entertaining.

I didn't think the new league year started until March?

Funny, I guess you have to release 1 Bears former QB, before getting another one. :)

Can cut players anytime just can’t sign anyone. FA begins around March 15th I think.

You can sign players any time, as long as they are not under contract to another team. FA begins March 13th, which is the first day of the league year, and since players contracts run the league year, that's when Free Agents' contracts end. If they are not under contract, as Chucks, Trubisky, and our punter are now, they can sign with any team at any time.

    I doubt it

They will let Mason test FA and Mason will want to test FA

It’s sounding like Mason or Tannehill will be the guy to act like he’s getting a fair competition against Tiny Hands.

    Tannehill makes the most sense.

Knows the system and has had success in it.

Yea especially is Mason really wants to get a fresh start. I don’t really like Tanehill though.

Good riddance Mitch, when given the chance to play he couldn't even beat the bad teams .

Nice to see somebody figured out how to use Google ;)

Updating the cap, Harvin III saves $1.05M, Chucks $8.75M, and Trubisky either $2.90M, or $5.25M if they designate him a post-June 1st cut.

Look at Tannehill's numbers from 2019 and 2020, when Arthur Smith was his OC.. you will like him alot.

in 2020 he had about 4000 pass yards and 40TDs
