Watching the Ramon Foster show today, and DK kind of hinted that maybe the problem was they practiced all week long to be ready for a Blizzard on Sunday, and then they show up to Monday's game in perfect weather.

I had to laugh, as the run on 1st, run on 2nd, followed by a quick out on 3rd made perfect sense. During the week you are not going to practice 25 yard shots down the field if you plan on not being able to see more than 10 yards down the field on gameday.

I am not saying it is right, but the game plan I saw on Monday, would have been a hell of a lot better if they played on Sunday in a Blizzard. They had practiced all week long to play in a blizzard on Sunday, and then the game gets moved at the last second to Monday, and it turns out to be a beautiful Day and all that weeks practice just goes to hell.

It is a shame no one pointed out to Mike that the weather is beautiful, no wind, no rain, no snow, what do you say we go back to the offense we ran in Seattle with Mason today?

No. the problem was not enough talented players and coaches.

Very obviously in today's NFL the winner was going to be the one with the better passing game. and it was buffalo. no surprise.

Typical of Tomlin to not make any kind of adjustments

The problem is they played way too conservative as they always do. Nobody is afraid to play the Steelers cause what you see is what you get. I almost lost my voice screaming Pickens is one on one and they are stacking the box. Perfect time to audible to an easy PA pass deep. So frustrating watching a coaching staff with no imagination or surprises.

Defense killed us in the game imho.

I didn’t like running Naj into a brick wall late in that game. I would have gone playaction.

Typical tomlin steelers in the playoffs. Tbh I expected nothing less from them. I mean we are talking about a coach that got bounced by Tim Tebow after finishing 12-4 & coming off a superbowl appearance the previous year with basically all the same players.

Soooo.... they basically bet on guessing what the weather is going to be like on game day. That's the dumbest bet to make.

not to mention, it should be possible for a pro NFL team to use plays from the entire 19 week season instead of the three they practiced the week before.

we didn't stop a TE from killing us for about 10 games now. it's not the lack of offense that has killed us more it's the defense. austin and tomlin mr. defensive coordinator has never fixed this problem. why we keep trying to cover go type TE's with a LB 30 yards down field is beyond me. we keep blaming the ILB when in fact the scheme they try to use is flawed and never fixed. it puts a burden on the offense to always have to come back in games. dear God patrick peterson is a one man wrecking crew for our defense. clear shot at allen and runs past him. everyone knows going to their TE against us is wide open and we never fix it. we don't adjust. tomlin coming back is the worst news i have heard yet. why bother with who we draft? this team is broken because of one guy. you don't replace that guy and it won't get fixed. rooney doesn't care either. he is only interested in a political look for him. people are still buying seats so why bother?

Nope, the problem is the same problem we have had for years - **** coaching and a complacent "mediocrity is good enough" attitude.
