Pickens needs targets.

They need to get GP involved early. It’s funny when people say they don’t need to throw to him because he’s double covered or single covered with a safety cheating that way. They absolutely should throw him the ball whether he’s shadowed or not. Tired of seeing this talent wasted. The guy can change a game with one play and last game they didn’t even target him one time.

In terrible weather, the Ravens defense decided to remove Pickens to the point of giving up 155 rushing yards, a 71 yard passing play, and 90% passing completion rate. If they are going to commit that much to a losing game plan in order to isolate one player, take what the defense is giving you.

I'm sure they'll double team him the whole game, even if Najee and Warren are both killing it. They should definitely target Pickens, but I doubt if he'll be open much

Santonio Holmes had 3 defenders around him when Ben threw the SB Game winning TD. Imagine if he didn’t take that chance.

Pickens needs to improve his route running and coaches have to do a better job of scheming to beat the double teams. If he truly wants to be an elite receiver for a long time in this league, he’s got to get the job done against a myriad of coverages. It’s concerning that he had zero targets on Saturday. We’ve got to get our most dangerous offensive weapon involved early and often and it’s on coaching to design plays to do just that.
