AFC North

    All four teams with a winning record and three teams in the playoffs. Not too shabby. I’ve said for years it’s the toughest division.

    Has there ever been a division finish with all four teams with a winning record? It surely can’t happen very often if ever.

    The AFC North finished 18 games over .500.
    The NFC West and NFC North finished 2 games over .500, the next best. Those two division were a combined 4-16 against the AFC North.

    The four North teams had a 16-4 record against the NFC, btw. Don't forget we played the NFC West, who had three teams over .500 themselves.
