been calling for Mason to play also wanted Kenny overr mitch but Mason has 2 major problems 1-adiversity hire coach 2- a politically correct coach ,both problems can and should be fixed ,get back to Steeler Football ,long overdue . P.s. got my ministry degree from a historically black Christian College ,no bias just the facts.

 

I'm not hating but I don't understand this post. All three of our quarterbacks are white, obviously. Mason seems to be the most religious of all of them, especially given his post game interview. I'm not sure how that relates to Coach Tomlin at all.

Not sure I understand your point. I really don’t think Tomlin would discriminate against Rudolph because of his Christian beliefs. That would be insane. I do know that Rudolph supported a certain presidential candidate so are you maybe referring to that? Even that would be far fetched. I know the NFL has gotten somewhat political but it should be the best 53 going out there week in and week out, regardless of political or religious affiliation. My impression is that Tomlin fully understands that. That’s one thing I’ve always loved about team sports. It’s people coming together from all walks of life, political affiliations, religious beliefs to fight for and accomplish a common goal. Let’s leave the political garbage out of it! (That last comment was directed more at the major sports leagues than you, pastorbob)

What I meant was tomlin was a diversity hire not a merit hire and the politics is being more concerned with a thugs accusations after attaching our q.b. when he should hve been pushing for garrets being fined ,suspended and possibly should be banned for his actions but do to the make-up of the nfl Rudolf got froze out cause some players may have believed garret ,political correctness. Merit , it is my opinion that Tomlin is a spokesman not a coach who elavates his players to be better and disciplined . p.s. we use grape juice not wine.

 

One of my first buzzes in a world of many was altar wine. May not have been the altar boy of the year. I really wish they used grape juice because I was sick for days and oh the trouble I got in. Valuable lesson though, I never got sick drunk again.
