We'll see. I've been a KP supporter since he was drafted, but I have some serious concerns about him at this point. He looks good in the light of Mitch Trubisky, but he still has a long way to go as a QB. I'm hopeful that Terry is correct and once we get a real OC in here to work with Pickett, he can turn him into an NFL level QB.

What does Pickett bring to the game that makes Defenses game plan against him?

If Mason Cole is the starting center next year and Moore is the LT then expect zero improvement and I didn't even mention Muth's atrocious blocking!!

 

I agree with Bradshaw. But this game has changed so much since he played it’s unbelievable. He had a great Oline in front of him, good receivers and the D wasn’t on the field for the whole game. Pickett has none of the above.

You know...Terry Bradshaw had some very critical things to say about Tomlin in December of 2016. I thought he was maybe a little harsh at the time and calling him a cheerleader was over the line. But do you know how many playoff games that Tomlin has won since Bradshaw made those comments 7 years ago? ZERO! I think Bradshaw knows a good head coach when he sees one since he played for one of the best ever. Time will tell if he's right about Pickett but I'm willing to give him an opportunity with a top flite OC.
