Everything about this team looks stale, their morale looks broken. I think a culture change is needed. Tomlin needs to GO for that to happen

That said, unless his replacement can turn Kenny Pickett into Patrick Mahomes they’ll need a new QB and things unfortunately need to get worse before they get better. Getting rid of Tomlin will give a lot of fans some temporary satisfaction but you can’t contend in the NFL without a legit QB and that’s the single biggest issue this team has
