Welp. Wasn’t able to watch the disaster take place Sunday cause of a major problem at work. Should I just go ahead and finally watch this uninspired lack of fundamentals undisciplined crackpot meltdown? Feel free to add a few adjectives if you must or convince me otherwise. In the meantime of waiting for a response I will take out the garbage to kill some time.

I haven't missed a Steeler game on TV in years but I'm not watching this one. All I have to do is unhook my cable wire and hook up the one for local TV but screw it I'm not even going to bother.

You're saying you recorded the game and are thinking about watching it? Don't bother. Angriest a Steeler game has made me in a while. Idiodic penalties, constant low snaps, start and stop because of rain. Root Canal would have been a better way to spend the day.

Just got done watching a Christmas movie and asked my son if I should watch the Steelers game. His instant response “Probably not”.

If there is no risk that you will harm yourself, others or your material possessions, go ahead and watch the game. You know the outcome, you’ve heard the commentary. I suggest you see for yourself, you might find it wasn’t as bad as you’ve been told or imagine.

However, if you are prone to rage and throwing things, then pass.

No shame if you choose not too. I went over 15 years only missing one game up until last year. Now I'm a lot more picky about the ones I watch. Other things have factored in too like not wanting to spend the money to watch the product the nfl and steelers put out, been much busier and spending more time with family and doing other things. Its also nice to have my mood better as a result. Could be I took it all too serious anyway.

Agree with the above. Brutal game. Only positives were a few plays by TJ and Mitch actually spinning the ball pretty well. I guess it's worth a watch if you are a James Connor fan.

Agreeing with most everyone, watching the Steelers has really not been good for me. Steelers have had other bad seasons, but there's something different about this one. Maybe because this Crap has been going on tooo long. No one is minding the house and it's falling in. If we do happen to win Thursday, it will probably stink also.

I never heard Willis express an opinion about that, but given his current condition, I wish he was able to do so now.

This is why I love NFL+. Even though I have to wait for real time game to end before it's available to replay (without commercials too!), if the actual game is a real stinker (like this past Sunday) I can quickly access a 10+ year archive of all past games (for all teams) and catch some great ones, like Ben's 2 - 500 yd games that one season or beat downs of the Ravens or that one time they beat the Pats. This would make your decision much easier with so mnay wonderful options other that the one you are soul-searching right now.

Look at it this way Ward -

    Aurora Greenway (Shirley MacLane):

Would you like to come in (and watch the Steeler/Cards game?)?

    Garrett Breedlove (Jack Nicholson):
I'd rather stick needles in my eyes.

In the interest of comraderie and solidarity, I recommend that you watch it and share in our suffering....
If you have anger management issues, I urge you to watch it alone, lest someone innocent needlessly incurs your wrath

Confused me too when I was told that. I just couldn't see families all tidings and joy turning into yippy-ky-ay MOFO then blood and death.

Right, wrong or indiffent, I've always thought of Die Hard as a Christmas flick.

Suggest watching video highlights of your last colonoscopy instead - at least you'll know in advance you'll be watching a sh*t show (so to speak).
