That’s coaching under Tomlin every single year. Never ends. We will probably lose to the Cheaters as well even though they couldn’t even score a single point.

 

They certainly looked like it in the first half, when they should have buried them. Then the injuries started happening and the Steelers were toast.

 

What else is new. Anyone who didn't see this coming hasn't been paying attention to this team.

I actually did think they were going to go into this game with the "This is a Play-off game!" mentality after last week. I mean how can you not? Fire the OC, have a little bit of success in yardage, talked about needing to score more. I mean they did seem to come out relatively strong against this team. With the exception of the 4th down stop and the 99 yard drive, they were controlling the game for the most part.

I don't know how they go into these games with the "we just got to show up" mentality, when they haven't done crap all year though.

It's the same thing every year. I swear, it's like everyone has a short memory. We show glimpses of being a contender, we also show glimpses of being the worst team in the league, and in between, we're just average. We get these pathetic effort games and the whole world comes out to criticize Tomlin. Then the team strings together a couple wins and looks pretty decent, and suddenly the whole world loves Tomlin. Then we either miss the playoffs or get knocked out in the 1st round.

Yet somehow Tomlin is regarded as this amazing coach. I swear I'm in a ****ing dream where nothing makes sense. I always thought great coaches needed to have playoff success. Tomlin seems to get a pass because he's never had a losing season. Apparently being average is the standard now in Pittsburgh. Pathetic.

I didn't even care during the game. I felt numb. I just expected it. I mean if the Rooney's don't care enough to fix it why should I get all pissed off every Sunday? But I'm getting worked up just by writing about it. I ****ing hate Tomlin so much.
