What range are we in

 

Mid to late teens

 

with a loss would have been 11 or even 10 , with the win we are picking at 17/18

 

It doesn't matter.

Management needs to hit a homerun with that first pick

Or trade it for 2 higher picks

 

I haven't bothered to figured out the tie breaks yet, but we'll be in the 14-19 range I believe.

 

I know it's a 50/50 ish thing on this board and with our fans in general, but I would have preferred they lost today for a better draft standing...

Although our cap situation will be screwing our starting team next year...

The number beside each team is their strenght of schedule. The lower the number the higher the better draft position you get in case of a tie in records. We could have moved up to # 11 if we lost and other teams won.

Well, we won and the saints lost so now we're @ #15. If the Rams lose to seattle we move to # 16 and if miami loses to NE we move to #17. The only way we stay at #15 is if both the rams and phins win.

No sir. Their record was 5-10. a win would have them at 6-10 and a lost by us would be 7-9.

The 6-9 teams were chargers,bucs,jets, panthers. If they all won and we lost we'd be tied and we would have drafted in front of all of them due to strenght of schedule # except for the chargers. They had 471 compared to our 476.

#11 is the best we could have done with a loss and help by wins by others.

ok thanx i was watching the standings when they already put them a win today , i thought was from last week , then we screwed only 6 picks .. ah with my early projections we have no more shot at m.teo -b.werner -d.moore-d. jordan i would pick ansah or ogletree

 

Trade up and get Te'o if you have to. I am not even so sure he is going to be "great" at the next level...but I can tell you this...he is a good kid....and would be what everyone on this board always talks about a "Steeler" type player.

He is a better person than a player...and he is a pretty darn good player.

we just lost 6 spots on the draft and now we trade up ? ok that is christmas time but i don't think we are in position to send gift picks to the league

 

Miami is losing bigtime. No-way they will win now. That puts us now at # 16. If the rams manage to break their current tie and beat the seahawks we'll remain here. if they (hawks) lose we'll be at #17.

With the way the games fell this week if we would have lost we would have drafted at #12 due to the jets loss. This win in all respects has moved us from #12 to #16/#17 pending the rams/seahawks outcome.


Was the win against the stains worth this. At #12 we could have drafted a future pro-bowl CB or safety or even possibly traded down. Most certainly have gotten Teo.


If Teo's combine #'s show him a bit slow he may still drop to us.

don't ask to me i'm still mad we blow the the 12 pick , but anyway if you want a safety i think no one will be picked before 17 , i want a pass rusher and that's is a different story

 

Rams Lose!!!!!! Its official, we'll be picking # 17, the worst case scenario coming into this week. It figures considering how this year has gone.
