Well how about this, with just two well placed interceptions more, we could be 4 and 5 instead of 6 and 3
So, all this talk comes down to nothing but noise and I'm no angel either. Wonder what their saying about Burrow over in Cincinnati or Josh up in Buffalo right now? Steelers have been squeezing every last bit of talent out of this roster and it's got to break one way or another. Time will only tell, maybe as early as this Sunday.

QB also play a role in helping WR get open by looking off the safety, pump faking, etc. I don’t see that in KP game, as he just tries to get rid of the ball as fast as he can, or panic scrambles

But what if Kenny plays well Sunday? I guess we'll be told to settle down again and not "crown" him after one game. I've heard that after several games, lol.

I know you're joking, but you might have a point there. Seems like any pass over 20 yards goes right through DJ's hands. It's like he's not seeing the ball

Because the offensive line can't pass block.

    not true

kenny is young. the game moves too fast for him. he per-determines where he is going to throw.....in the HUDDLE. we all suffer for it. Most QB's get 2-3 secs in the pocket. Kenny gets that, esp. when the call pass plays on first down. He still sucks then, he over throws and misses on the simplest passing down.

3rd and 9, yeah, odds are against him, and MOST QB's in the league....

Mason Cole gets blown up every other play. He's OK at run blocking but terrible at shotgun snaps and pass protection. Too much interior pressure. You and I are not watching the same games.

Steelers need to draft the best Center available in the second round in '24 draft.

Johnson can't seem to catch consistently once the weather turns cold. It's repetitive dating back a few seasons now.

Some is OL, and some is KFP. OL , and weapons can both be made to look better, or worse by the Qb on the team. By metrics I have seen online, and by My own eyes...of watching other games....He is getting about average time as what other Qbs are getting. Hell not all, but most Qbs He faces on game day are getting less time than He is against our rush.
Look at the Texans, and CJ....most people couldn't name the weapons, or OL He's playing behind, and none of them , but one has looked good until He became their Qb.

I know it seems that way, but the officiating throughout the league had been awful at times. Honestly it makes me want to believe the conspiracy theories on gambling. It seems ridicules, but I think for the first time in its history, 5 games were decided in last second fg's , add to that the monday night game, and one begins to wonder, lol.

Did anyone else notice that GP showed very little emotion in the game. He had a few catches where I expected him to point toward the end zone and you know just look excited. He seem subdued. I don't want to come across as that guy and a KFP apologist because he is doing a lot wrong but in the Greenbay game GP and DJ did not help him look any better.

I like our QB I like his guts and toughness and I hope he improves. He appears slow to make his reads and as I watch the game and the protection starts to collapse I am yelling get rid of the freakin ball and he spins to his left and gets sacked. He needs to relax and slow the game down, and realize no gain is a lot better than a loss of 7 yds with a sack '
Our OC on the other hand continues to surrender one third of the field. He almost never designs plays over the middle of the field . His route tree is Diontae down and out for 4 yds and Pickens go straight down the right sideline. Even his checkdowns most of the time is a RB who slides out behind the line of scrimmage and when its 3rd and 6 Canada expects the RB to gain 11 or 12 yds to make the firstdown.

There are guys who have plots of the Steelers pass attempts and the middle of the field is a waste land. Some teams like the 49 rs and the Chiefs feed off using the middle of the field. Canada ignores it and overuses the dreaded jet sweep or bubble screen.

Other teams have used both of those plays to great success but with better deception and they don t use it 7 or 8 times every game.

Win or lose Canada still sucks and needs to go. His offense is not fooling anyone.

Steelers will be in the playoffs, the Wrs are never open because of the scheme but that is Pickett's fault. Every penalty and dropped pass is Pickett's faut too.

Either the OC or Kenny is unwilling to take the training wheels off. He is so worried about INTs its effecting his throws and his progressions.

This is a perplexing thing. Whie each lineman has to perform to at least a certain standard, a really good lineman can make a more inefficient one seem better than he actually isi but until the last couple of weeks our entire line has been pretty ineffective. Starting Jones is likely a big reason the running game looks better, but I really want to see just where we end up. Daniels looked really good at the end of last season, Seumalo had a slow start, but I really this we are ok at G. The biggest issue is C, then what they do at RT. My concern is how much of this is players, Vs the scheme in what they are trying to do?? It fits in with WR separation, routes, etc. This is the frustrating thing, how much is scheme, how much is player and OC suck? Until they get the trench figured out, it's really hard to evaluate the other issues.
