It's harder because of touch, or greater accuracy. A lot of times even if a Guy is way open in the middle....there tends to be a guy over, and under....so if You over throw its a pick, and if You don't throw enough arc, or touch its a pick. Ben's arm wasn't the same after the surgery. He was still good, but not compared to what He was.

 

Confused where this post has gone but that’s par for the course for me lately. So, if we can get Fitz back that would obviously be great help.
If we can get just one of the next two games that will be huge division wise for heading toward post season. And I’ll take the “one catch” if that’s what it is from Muth too. Hoping to hear something on Fitz practicing here soon.

 

Multiple QB’s and the same problem. Why are our receivers almost always covered tightly and the other team constantly has Receivers wide open? Is it our defense or is it that other OC’s know how to scheme their guys open unlike our slug?
At the end of the day I don’t really care if it’s Pickett or Canada. It’s not my job to figure it out. I just want to see it corrected.

 

Ben was old....we've established that.....Trubisky sucks, and most of His ints came in the middle of the field....so that tells You the routes are there....., and KFP.....we don't know what we have. Dude I don't want Canada.....I never wanted Canada, but I can't lie too Myself just because I don't like Him, and say there's no routes going to the middle of the field.....when I see there are.

 

I definitely agree with you on the no separation our wrs are getting and the other teams we play their wrs are getting seperation! In fact they often seem wide open

 

There may be routes to the middle, but they suck. Maybe that’s why we don’t go there or when we do interceptions?
Who the **** knows with these nimrods.

I’m not saying Pickett doesn’t hold some blame, but Canada is definitely ass.

 

Im not blaming either, just like you said, but the problem needs fixed its been about 3 yrs of this now, correct?
Multiple qbs, same lackluster results

 

In watching that breakdown I saw the route designs playing into what GB wanted to do defensively. The crossing routes that Heyward was running, he ran the route and didn't see the route while he was doing it. He was wide open to begin with but instead of slowing where no one is covering him, he runs to his spot right into coverage. They run a spread formation to try and create space underneath but then run routes that take the defender right back into the box. At this point I question the coaching because they have to see it, right?

 

This whole offensive scheme is a joke right now. Forget Pickett, not many QB’s would excel in this system.

 

I don't know how many more times I can watch teams give Pickens an almost 10 yard cushion on the outside most of the time when he is isolated and the coaching staff or Pickett doesn't take advantage by checking to a quick slant and not lose my mind. It's the most simple basic read. They are conceding a quick 7 yards at least. Take them.

 

I literally said so. The Pickett/Canada show was unwatchable. Let's see the Pickett/Sullivan/Faulkner show.

 

I am expecting a big rebound this week from Muth, without Matt Canada.
