Exactly dude! My buddy went with me to the Titans debacle a few months back and he was like "MAN I can't believe how much smack you talk!" But at the end of the game I was talking to the Titans fans just like I had known them all my life. Also at another Titans loss in 08 I talked smack the whole time and after the game these guys were hollering at me and we just laughed. It was freezing cold and they told me I needed to drink some shut up juice. I told them I would if it was hot. They started dying laughing and I did too and we just wished eachother a good day and went on. At work I talk smack HABITUALLY and people who have no dog in the football fight just LOVE for the Steelers to lose because they wanna aggravate me. I love that. There's something of a bonding experience among fans of the sport when you jazz eachother. I know a BIG TIME Bungles fan and I rag him all the time and he would do anything in the world for me and I would do anything for him. That's the fun thing about being a fan. Without smack talk what do we have? It's not like WE can go out on the field and get back at them. All we can do is just talk and watch. If I come across a Browns fan this week I will STILL let it be known that I'm a Steelers fan and I will just have to eat what the dish out. So what. It's all for fun.

You need to get a life. Those millionaires who you adore, could care less about you or what you think of them. So go alone with this fun and enjoy life.

You are correct in your answer. I figure the season was over for us and I posted what a friend sent me as a little humor. Which I thought was funny. But it seems to me that their are some people on this board that live their lives around Steelers football 24/7, 365/yr. Well I have another life besides Steeler football and I could care less what Ben, Mike, and some of the others do in the off season just so the Rooney's do their job and get this team straightened out by next season.

That is an attempt to nullify the truth of the argument. The Steelers have put up a mark that nobody can argue with, so they try to delegitimize it.

I don't even say it. I just hold up one 5 fingers and a thumb. Other fans usually concede since I've given them a chance to make their point.

Yeah thats pretty weak, they have no response for it so they try to defuse it by saying it's old. The only way to defuse it is to win more trophies then us, good luck with that! :taunt:

That's fine. It's your site and your rules and I'll respect that, but don't make me the whippin boy, they're a lot of others who stir up crap, call names, and Troll. Be sure to spread it around to the others.

The fact that its old only makes it a stronger point. Its old, so we've been saying it for awhile, but that's because nobody has matched it since we started saying it.
