I feel sorry for Miller. He is one of my favorite players. I hope he recovers and comes back to kick some ass next year.

I suspected it was worse than what the initial reports were saying. :(

Hope he has a swift and solid recovery.

Good grief, even in a losing effort we lose our playmakers. That's a pretty serious injury for Heath, that takes a year or more for 100% recovery. So sad.

I too feel for Miller. That is truly unfortunate. The Steelers will probably be keeping a much closer eye on Tyler Eifert of Notre Dame now.

Well, even had we won yesterday, that list of injuries would have killed us anyway. Speedy recovery to all but especially Heath, most unfortunate end to a good season for him, wish we had more of him.

Rehab can work that fast, but it is rare, and Heath seems to have torn up a lot of stuff in his knee. And he is 30. One of my favorites. And those seem to be dwindling.

How did Baron Batch get hurt? Did he fall off the bench?

I hope Heath can rehab quickly.
Judging by some of the posts on here yesterday, I think a lot of livers got damaged too!

That's too bad for Heath he was the team mvp this season having his best year in Haley's offense.

Here's hoping for a speedy recovery to the heart an soul of our offense...HEEEEEAAAAAAATTTHHH!
I truly hate to see what our offense looks like without him. The Bengals game (and probably Dallas too) would have been meaningless if we didn't have Heath this year.
I hate to be down on this, but ACL, MCL and PCL are a nasty trio of knee injuries to try to come back from.
He will work harder than anyone else on the team to rehab and get back into shape, but he may not look like "this year's Heath" at all next year.

Heath's injury reminded me that, aside from some cameo appearances by Jerame Tuman and Adrian Cooper, the Steelers have really only had 3 starting TE since 1990- Eric Green, Mark Bruener, and Heath.
