It probably helped with his long career but I bet he wishes he could take a mulligan on that one

 

I heard it was a real pain in the ass.

 

I could never look at Ned Beatty the same after I seen that movie.

 

That's funny I'm watching him right now in the movie "Shooter". He plays a crooked Senator in it.

Just like I couldn't look the same at Bradley Cooper after I seen Him in Wet Hot American Summer.

During the Olympics in Atlanta part of the triathlon was in the area where "Deliverance" was filmed. Jeff Foxworthy said "If Ned Beatty couldn't make it off that mountain, what do you think they're going to do to a Frenchman in a pair of bicycle shorts!"
