Once again, the self-proclaimed elite receiver Mike Wallace came up BIG TIME in a big game today. He had a whopping one reception for about 9 yards and a run for -2 yards. Now go out and GET YOUR FREAKING MONEY!!!!!!

You are confused. Mike's job is to catch the ball. Ben overthrew a wide open receiver. That being said, Ben rolling to his right is almost always money.

I don't see Mike coming back or Mendenhall. Hampton might be gone as well.

Does Kiesel go to the ben and Heyward starts?

who will be our starting oline next year?

changes will be made. Just can't wait to see what they are.

Mike doesn't fit the scheme. Ben has no deep accuracy and could not even hit Mike wide open. I'd leave too.

That's not the point. The point is that he thinks he's worth more than $50 million and he always disappears in the BIG GAMES! Take a look at his performance in post season games. He's non-existent. This was basically a playoff game today. He was non-existent again.

Now, Mike, once more. GO OUT AND GET YOUR FREAKING MONEY!!!

your right on with Mike W, Mendy, Hampton, gone, it should also include Foote, the Special team coach, the S & C coach, and Haley and Ben should be required to meet weekly to go over their offense as they are in no way in sync.

Yeah I must of forget Mike "disappearing" in the Super Bowl. I mean he only had 100+ yards and a TD.

He failed to come up big in crunchtime. But you're right. How could I be so stupid. The Rooney's should have $50+ millon contract in Mike's hands tomorrow. He's worth EVERY PENNY. How could I be so stupid not to see that because he had a touchdown in the Super Bowl and he made a good catch against Green Bay a few years ago?!

The point is that the great receivers, which Wallace obviously considers himself to be, come up big in big games. Wallace does not!

With the way Wallace looked lazy this year during his route running and his ineffectiveness, why didn’t Tomlin bench him for a game or two?

Because Tomlin only benches RBs? :hmmm:

Very good question. Tomlin is all over the place. He benches Mendy and constantly pulls him from a game he looks good in, but he will not bench Wallace no matter what. He talks a big game, but is all bark, except when it comes to Mendy. He's a status quo type of guy, and I would love for him to be fired this off season

I wouldn't expect any changes. That's not Tomlin's forte. We've watched this sorry crap for the last 2 years and we've known that our D is NOT number 1! Apparently Tomlin goes and checks the stats on NFL.COM every week and says "Well we're number one so I guess we should just keep doing what we are doing." You wait and see what happens next year. Ben's gonna have the same retarded habits. We're gonna NOT run the football with any consistency. We're gonna start the same old bums on D. We're gonna be told over and over again about the "standard". We're gonna play horrible situational football. We're gonna "play with our backs to the wall". BLAH BLAH BLAH. It's gonna be the same crap.

Tomlin has been carried his entire career by Ben and Dick LeBeau. They have covered up many of his deficiencies.

Wallace isn't the only one who should be gone next season. Take Hampton, Mendenhall, Mundy, Foote, Kiesel, Lebeau good riddance to them all.

Because he wanted to appease the 5 or 6 Wallace fans out in internet land? I have no idea? This whole team needs to be benched in reality though. Wallace is equally as crappy as everyone else.

I agree. I hate to see Lebeau go but I don't think we're ever gonna REALLY see what Tomlin is made of until Dick is gone. If this team doesn't draft a corner I'm gonna jump from the highest point I can find!

BOTTOM LINE IS EVERYONE ON THIS OFFENSE STINKS ! Offensive line is actually disgusting, can't push the pile or pass protect if there lifes depended on it. WRs all look like lazy route runners, besides the long TD where was the $42 million dollar man AB. Where was Sanders our supposed best route runner. I admit Wallace has a thing for disapearing but Ben overthrew him wide open on the last pick. I will save the Rbs some slack as they are only as good as the offensive line. The playcalling was horrendous this game.
