Sean Payton is washed!

I just watched Sean Payton call a TO with 22 seconds left in the half, only to punt it (instead of running the half out) The Chiefs just got a free FG from that.

 

He was just talking smack to Dan Hackett in the pre-season. When you invite Karma in, Karma comes in.

 

Yeah that was dumb. i don't know if we can say he's washed just from that or much of anything else we've seen so far this year.
That team is a dumpster fire. Nobody can change a team over night. It takes time. Can he do it? Time will tell.
What he does seem to be doing is getting more out of Russell Wilson than the previous coaching staff. Wilson is on par to have his 2nd best season ever. Last night was obviously not good, but for the most part Russell Wilson has been playing far better than last year.

 

The Broncos fan base is rabid, alot like Steelers, I am sure Peyton
Is feeling heat.

 

Payton will be fine with 90 millions in the next 5 years!

 

He should be. I had Him as My 6 best HC in the league at the start of the year.
I was wrong.
He shouldn't be in the top 20 right now.

 

To be fair to Payton,the Broncos were a true dumpster fire last year with the awful trade and contract of Wilson but my biggest problem for Payton was his comments on Hackett during the offseason....He was maybe right on Hackett but when you are a coach,you can't said this and now he has a huge target in his back because of this
