I believe he is just as good as Wallace and Peterson. Let the young lion have his chance. I don't think he could do any worse then Wallace?

He can't be any worse than what we are seeing from Peterson and Wallace. Give him a chance to learn
and get game experience. Just like Pickett, there are going to be mistakes. Nobody is perfect except for some of the posters
on this board who probably never played a down of football.

Peterson has been a disppointment up to this point in the season. Maybe slot is where he should be playing? Although it
looked like he was shy to tackle down in Houston.

I really don't care if he officially starts or not, just make sure he is PLAYING. Not only does he "deserve" to be on the field, we NEED him on the field.

He certainly played that fade route well.
Come to think of it, every time I've seen him on the field he usually does well.

Peterson has been a bit of a disappointment. He is getting beat.

I'm saying let them continue to work Him in as they are....He will be the starter eventually. Troy P wasn't thrust into starting.
Yes Peterson has sucked, but I believe if You look back I said it was a stupid move bringing Him in. Of course I was told....I didn't know what I was talking about. How's that working out??? I just prayed after they signed Him it would be mainly as an on field coach, spot duty, and nickel spot.

A lot of fans are ripping the Steelers for not playing the Rookies.

Life as an NFL rookie, Rooke mini camp- OTA's, Training camp, 3 pre-season games (which they play a ton in compared to Vets)
Then 17 game NFL regular season games, if a team makes the playoffs make 1-3(4) Playoff games.

That's a lot for player who previously played maybe at most 10-12 college games in a season.

So Jones and Porter Jr may start going forward, but the delay may of helped them from hitting that Rookie Wall in the 2nd half the year.

But all my Info aside, its time.. Rookie Wall be damned.

Move Peterson to Slot, have Desmond King battle Wallace for starting rights.
Wallace often out of position but he does get some INT's

Porter Jr can be grabby, but at least he is in grabbing distance if you know what I mean.

Yea, let's see, put a young guy with spring in his legs who can cover guys like white on rice, or put old dudes who lost a step on teams' best WRs? Hmmm, tough choice. What to do, what to do?

Joey still needs to up his run stopping game but he should be in there on all passing downs.
