Kenny needs to get comfortable in the pocket. Only then will we see significant improvement in his play.

I think people just want to see the team do well. Nothing wrong with that. I can understand if you’re not sold on Pickett. That’s reasonable, but the way you seem to hate on him is quite bizarre.
I totally understand what Goldberg is saying about some fans. They are more concerned about being right about their predictions than accepting that they might have been wrong and rooting for the team to do well.

I agree. A win against our hated rival to take over first place in our division.

Every Steelers fan should be happy today. Just enjoy the victory.

Kennys 4-0 against hated rivals Baltimore and The Raiders. Anybody that wants to focus on the negative regarding Kenny is not worth the time/attention they are craving.

Ever think the defense is playing their tails off because they like Kenny? Heyward said he's one of the team leaders. Tough day for the Kenny haters.

Agree with Bradshaw, He can throw accurate passes on the run, very good scrambler, clutch. He’s getting better at reading defenses, he’s already better than Most of our QB’s outside of Ben and Terry in this regard. Just doesn’t have the cannon arm, so what? A lot of great QB’s didn’t have that.

He's still got some things to clean up and improve on before I'm completely sold but one thing is for sure, I'm rooting for him as hard as anybody. Lot of deficiencies with this team and Kenny needs to not be one of them.

So nimrod recently posted that KFP can’t throw deep

One of his passes today was about 54 yards in the air

It really is laughable with some in here and their continuous takes on how dreadful Pickett is. Missing open receiver, really, today at at least, when the cameras were scouring the field, I don't recall many open receivers. FACTS were, Kenny didn't have Austin, didn't have much of a running game, had two starters on the OL out and had Canada calling MOST of the plays, and in spite of all those obstacles, he managed yet ANOTHER game winning drive.

Wow, it's going to be a long two weeks for some in here!!!

Yeah ,and some didn't notice the audible early in the game from KFP to Pickens, and it was off, or that Najee, and Warren were on the field together.....without sounding mean.....some people don't see much on the field....I guess there eyes just follow the ball, or something. So...
This is why I laugh a lot at what people say .

One thing is for certain, if the 70s were the social media/message board/instant gratification society we live in today, Bradshaw would have been run out of Pittsburgh in about 1972. Let’s give Pickett some time and, for crying out loud, some good offensive coaching before we give up on him. He’s got a long way to go and I’ve lost a little confidence, but I’m not ready to throw him away just yet. He misses throws and makes mistakes, but he also does just enough good things to keep me intrigued. I can’t help but think that if an offensive-minded coach (see Shanahan, Kyle) were to get ahold of Kenny, he could be a more than adequate quarterback in this league.

To be fair while we did win the ravens did more to lose the game than anything else. That should have been another blowout loss

Well, we can't help it if the Ravens receivers couldn't catch a cold yesterday. Bottom line, we made plays when it counted, they didn't

But it wasn’t. We took the opportunities and turned them into a win.
This team has many problems. I’m certainly not forgetting that.
But a win against Baltimore is always sweet regardless of the events that lead to the win.
Games like this happen weekly across the league. Take the win and hope they improve as the season progresses.

This is definitely true, when a player is taken instead of their draft crush then to some people that's like a personal attack so they get mad at the player taken instead and hope he fails.

Hey @METALMAN_68@METALMAN_68, just curious…what did you dislike about this post? I’m always interested in your input and was just wondering. Are you just not sold on Kenny?

For all of his faults though Kenny is now 10-5 in his last 15 games and is 3-0 against the 2 billion dollar QB's in our division Watson and Jackson.

Gotcha! You’re not usually one to disagree or dislike a post without providing your thoughts so I thought it was strange. If you did dislike the post though I was interested in hearing why.

Gunner almost blew the game, thankfully Porter bailed him out, but is was a terrible throw by Jackson more than anything else. Yeah, we did have a little luck along the way, but also made some big plays too.

It wasn’t a very good throw, but Jackson isn’t used to a big, strong, physical corner like JPJ having his way with one of his receivers. It’s been the other way around the last several years. Porter blanketed his guy, got his head around and made a play on the ball. Refreshing to see that from a Steelers CB.

why are you so concerned about where people's hands are? You made this comment twice. Perhaps another slur would help you diversify your attacks on other posters? Dunno
