    I heard on the fan earlier, The Browns Drs cleared Watson to play Sunday, and he refused . Stating he knew his body and that he couldn't go... Is there any way the Browns can recoup any of that $$$ they payed him...( i don't really care just bored and trying to make conversation )... As Bad as we are the Browns and Bengals could be worse this year....
