Ben is a sandlot football guy that loved BA because he was given complete control of the offense to do whatever he wanted out there on the field. No strings attached, no accountability, no restrictions and no criticism.

Haley is an X's and O's Offensive Coordinator with a wide array of play calls which require quick reads which doesn't bode well for the sandlot style.

Time and patience is all they need and they will either be very successful or at each others throats. If Ben doesn't like to study the play book then it probably will not last long. At this point I'm not sure which one would be first to go though. Big Bens trade value is at it's highest right now and won't be in a few seasons. I still say they are joined at the hip for at least 2 more seasons. JMHO.

Good Lord, if this team trades their $100M 2-time SB winning QB to keep some run-of-the-mill Offensive Co-ordinator, it will be a very, very bad sign and will represent a commitmment to mediocrity or worse.

You have to find an OC that can work w/ Ben, if Haley can't, even if it's Ben's fault, Haley HAS to go. Ben is the talent, Ben is the star, Ben is the winner, Ben is not easily replaceable, Haley is eminently replaceable.

lol, yes, there is a difference between not consulting with Ben on who the next OC was to be and getting rid of Ben over an OC.
