Well, having a day to clam down and collect myself I leave you with my thoughts as we head into what has become a two game season based on the last 6 weeks. Last throw of the game from Ben , he had a WR wide open downfield for 10 yards and it would been a first down by 7 yards....wide open! Throw was late, but it is what it is. Defense had ZERO PRESSURE. By design due to our DB issues to some account yes, but they haven't had one for the entire season ? Hood , Hampton just not doing anything! No pressure on Rivers or Romo? These guys are pros so no pressure they or anyone will pick you apart. Come Sunday, Dalton will do the same! Ike Taylor needs to find a miracle cure for Sunday along with Allen and Lewis or its season over. Play calling was bad, to a point in the 4th Ben was shaking his head and you cold read his lips saying " I wanted to throw it" when a 2nd down run play hen back to back run plays were called? WR s are thinking too much! Just play the game period! AB fumbled the game away maybe ? Can't put it all on him though . No Plax is confusing me? Guess for the DB issues Plax was out? Biggest issue next weekend- Mendy will start mark it down

You are right on with all your comments. I might add the WR s drops are getting to their heads, along with the backs fumbling, looks like they are loosing confidence and Tomlin is not helping this with the way he is handling them.

 

I just came to the realization that our team is not as good as we may think it is but what kills me is the way we just give games away. We had that game yesterday. The entire offense, with the exception of Heath, needs some twoadays (i don't know if those still happen), The Defense is hurting and I don't know if we will make it to the post season due to our CB situation, I think everyone will start throwing on us with those guys back there. We are still struggling to score points and many thought Brucey was the problem but now it's clear it was the PLAYERS. Honestly, the Steelers are not the Steelers that we know and love, I'm done getting my blood pressure out of control for the season, if we make we make it, if not, well theres always next year.
