My personal wish list and how i picked in almost every mock draft i did went like this

I wanted Jalen Carter if we traded up to 9

If no trade my mocks went
    17 Broderick Jones
    32 Darnell Washington
    49 Dewand Jones
    80 Saiki Ika
    120 Nick Herbic

My favorite players in this draft were

    1 jalen Carter
    2 Dewand Jones
    3 Broderick Jones
    4 Darnell Washington
    5 Drew Sanders
    6 Nick Herbic

To get 3 of my top 6 guys has never happened for me

If they could have snuck D Jones in I would have lost my mind

But can't complain about grabbing JPJ and Benton

    THAT'S HOW YOU DRAFT

    Focus on the 4 B's
    Bama,Badgers,Bulldogs and Buckeyes

And Ika. We had more picks, but they have the weight advantage.

I would not sweat it. They are the Browns, and they can be counted on to figure out some way to Brown things up. Cause Browns gotta Brown. They are remarkably consistent in Browning themselves right up the Brown, through changes in ownership, front office, and coaching staff. They can Brown things up in any situation or season of the year. They could Brown up a one car funeral. The only successful thing they have NOT Browned up in years has been to find a way to not Brown up their first round draft pick by not having one to Brown up for the next three years. And don’t get me started on the Manziel fiasco. They are still probably paying him to drink and catch the clap in Las Vegas. They will also pay severely for the Watson deal, for years after he has gone wherever miscreant former Browns go.
So whether they got Jones or not, they are the Browns and will always be the Browns, and will always invent new and creative ways to Brown things up and Brown themselves and their long suffering impoverished maternal fornicator fans over.

This draft started off badly for me…..

I really really wanted Darnell Wright-ROT, to replace Chuks!!

Then IT Happened!!!! Every pick seemed to better than the one before!!!

I truly believe have at least One HOFer drafted and multiple Probowlers!!!!

Super happy. I've been sick all weekend, but the draft more than makes up for it!!!

The only small issue is I'm not sure we have that #3 OLB yet. I like the Herbig pick, but I'm not sure he can be an OLB in the pros. BUT a lot still can happen between now and week one, and I'm sure it will.

    - Jones - check, looks like he could be our lT for over a decade. MUCH needed.
    - JPJ - check, MUCH needed youth and talent at CB.
    - Benton - check, MUCH needed youth and talent needed at NT and DL in general.
    - Washington, check, BIG TE, adds mucho blocking and EZ playmaker.
    - Herbig - check, NEEDED depth at OLB, looks like a player.
    - Anderson - check, adds depth as a do-everything OLman.
    - Trice - a swing and maybe a miss, but a valiant attempt at getting late-round value.

I totally agree, I'm just being optimistic for the 1st time in a while; I think Kahn and Weidl are doing a great job. After years of ho hum Gm-ing, we needed a change.
