It's painfully obvious that neither of these 2 QBs have any accuracy approaching Kenny. They're just not able to get that ball to where the receivers can make a play on it with any consistency!

 

It sucks Trice got injured, it would have been nice to see him get those snaps instead of Pierre.

 

Agreed....if He keeps this up he will be a nice weapon this year.

 

It's those double gloves! I bet if you inspect them, you find they're cybernetic and give him more hand length!

 

Do you guys think mason still feels he can be a starter in the league or he finally coming to terms with who he is? That walkoff expression looked like acceptance lol.

 

For those that do not remember Weegie Thompson...

Hall of Fame safety Ronnie Lott gushes when he talks about Thompson. In Thompson's rookie season, 1984, the Steelers were the only team to beat the 49ers. One reason they did was by assigning Thompson to block Lott on every play. "He blocked my butt all day -- and fair," Lott remembered. "Every play, he came after me. Woodside looks better than any back up the Steelers have.

I think Mason is happy that the Steelers keep 3 QB’s on their roster. He can make a 12 year career out of being a number 3. Not bad work if you can get it.

He cannot stare down the proverbial barrel. Every time he does, he panics; literally deer in headlights.

I think he is!! That said, Patrick Peterson is likely going to start out on the outside. I can see Peezy Jr in 5 DB sets but not so much out right starting.
