I’ll answer that, im not quite or ashamed. I’m also not a “hater” at his current contract, but his last one, I was close.

Watching him play the QB position is like watching and old drunk man crossing and icy street. I’m on the edge of my seat waiting for the inevitable crash to earth.

4.9 vs 4.6 speed, and I'm not sure if Washington is only 265.

But again is that Trubisky or the dink'n' dunk that invariably comes down to third and greater-than-or-equal-to five, obvious passing situations? I really can't tell since Trubisky and dink'n'dunk have been synonymous since he's been here. So I will say as I've said before that where Rudolph will step up in the pocket and buy the time to throw downfield, or die trying, Trubisky scrambles, dumps off to the nearest receiver, or throws it to Najee in coverage to get killed behind the line of scrimmage. But hey he gets good stats that way.

Jaylen Warren is a diamond in the rough. A rare find like Willie Parker and James Harrison. Steelers need to pay this man now before he gets too expensive.

Gentry is a blocker. Freiermthuth is a catcher. Remains to be seen what Washington will be.

Washington is both and the defensive has to account for him as a receiver close to the goal, which frees up other receivers

Always like Snoop's thoughts and analysis of games. I agree with 99% of what he says.

The excitement on this board, much of it is generated by the last two drafts, where very talented players fell in the draft to the Steelers. Watching Pickens, Broderick and Washington at Georgia, they are athletic freaks of nature. Joey fell in draft also. Later rounds Calvin and Connor have showed potential while being shorter in their positions. They can prove me wrong but I am excited about this group of players.

    2023 Draft including...
    1 - Broderick Jones
    2 - Joey Porter Jr.
    2 - Keeanu Benton
    3 - Darnell Washington
    4 - Nick Herbig

    2022 Draft including...
    1 - Kenny Pickett
    2 - George Pickens
    3 - DeMarvin Leal
    4 - Calvin Austin III
    5 - Connor Heyward
    6 - Mark Robinson
    FA Jaylen Warrren

This board will be back to normal right after the first loss

There are a lot of posters hiding under rocks just waiting for the opportunity to be negative

Fans were overreacting to Trubisky bad performance against Tampa Bay, wanting to trade him or make him the 3rd string QB .

Yeah and what's additionally great is they can bring those guys together and bring out the best in them as a unit so quickly. 'Cuz the Stiller's have a system, and a mindset, and a tradition.Really, we Steelers fans are spoiled rotten. And now we' re gonna get MORE spoilt by the new Steelers we all been waiting for. I really like the breath of new greatness Omar Khan has brought to the party.

I believe Gunner made the 53. Either that or he has enough film to warrant a mid to low rd draft pick in a trade. You never know.

There's nothing like a soul-crushing loss to bring the negative world back on its axis.

For there is no light in the presence of darkness.

Does anyone really believe that Green to FB is a real possibility? We have just seen 2 preseason games and Green did not play FB in any of them.

I really wish someone would ask Pat Meyer why Green continues to take snaps as the 2nd team center.

“Not good enough,” Tomlin said. “Routine things routinely.”
