Josh McDaniels will destroy the raiders like he destroyed Denver

I haven't always been a fan of MJD as an analyst but what he says in this video, he's right about the raiders...McDaniels thinks the system is more important than talented players...Jimmy G is no better than Carr even though Carr was bad last year, they traded Waller to the giants for next to nothing and now they haven't paid Jacobs (in this case, we need to know what the offer by the raiders was but still not a good look right now)

Jacob is not the only RB that's not getting what they wanted. As far as McDaniels....some Guys are just better OC, and DCs then HCs. Not everyone can be a HCs. Some of the greatest coordinators have been horrible HCs, but they're still great coordinators. I don't know if He is ,or isn't, but I would bet if He fails this time.....that's the end of HCing jobs for him.
