    Say what???
How can I say what. It's a fumble whether running, or going to throw, but that's not what's being talked about.....He was running when He fumbled it. There is no what if....that's what happened.

This was the perfect example of an offense that matched well with the other teams defense for both teams. If it had been Brady or Cousins in there the Eagles D is tearing them up. Mobile QB, great OL, strong run game, great TE's, and speedy WR'S just a great matchup

Even without the bad call the possibility that the Eagles move downfield in under a minute with a single time out was a very low percentage. The penalty just allowed the Chiefs to run the clock down more. It was Marty ball at its finest.

Notice the people complaining the most about the calls are the people who said, or thought Eagles would win.
Just like every SB. Someone complains about the officiating. The last SB I haven't heard about the officiating causing the out come of the game was when Denver got trounced by Seattle. All the others.....Someone complains.

    The last AFC and NFC champs the last five years, so the last 10 teams in the Super Bowl had the following offense rankings; 1, 2, 7, 8, 3, 6, 5, 2, 2, 4. The defensive rankings were 16, 8, 18, 16, 8, 10, 7, 8, 7, 20.

In the last five SBs then there were only three teams outside the Top 5 in offense and none in double digits.

so qbs only fumble when they run? Do they have a separate category for a fumble caused by a running qb instead of a pocket qb or place some distinction on if they were running instead of standing in the pocket?

Why the F**k are You bringing up something that didn't happen. Let's talk about what did. What the F**k.
Hey if You jump out of a plane with a football, and drop it....You fumble it, but hey.....that's not what happened. LoL.
You just got your panties in bunch because another running Qb didn't win a SB....again, and more than likely.....He probably won't every see another SB again.

Play started with almost 2 minutes left (1:54) and would have forced the field goal on the very next play. I don't know how much time the field goal and Kick Off would take, but I think it would have been about a minute when they get the ball, maybe more? (1:15?) ...plenty of time these days.

Although, Eagles O were struggling second half, so I don't know? ...but I would have liked to have at least seen the players settle it instead of the refs.

Because you're ****ing acting like he ojoyf ****ing fumbled because he's a runner as If that's some ****ing exclusivity to running qbs. All QBS FUMBLE. that had nothing to do with jalen hurts running. He fumbled cause he just lost control of the ball. No one even touched him.

He has a easier chance next yr to get back then mahomes does cause the nfc is trash.

Hurts would have been MVP had the Eagles won. Even Kelce came out and said that guy is unreal.

He made a huge jump this year. Going off of last year I didn’t think he would be this good.

As far as the fumble goes, STD just grasping at straws to support his narrative.

Looks like a clear hold to me. When the Jersey is getting tugged, you have to call it

The ball being catchable isnt part of the process on defensive holding, since holding is a pre-pass flag. If the same thing happens after the ball is thrown and in the air, thats pass interference and the catchable part comes into play.

that play took about 5-8 seconds. incomplete pass stops the clock. FG takes less then 5 seconds. KO that ends in a touchback, doesnt burn any time. About 15 seconds would have been used.

The game was essentially lost when the Eagles went 3 and out and then gave up the huge punt return. Momentum shifted and they never got it back. In the first half if my memory is right the Eagles never went 3 and out and thus Mahomes sat on the bench what seemed like the whole first half. 2nd half Chiefs came out and marched right down the field. Eagles began to sputter.

Right, and in the case of defensive holding sometimes the hold is the reason that the pass was not catchable. I don’t think that was the case last night though.

Yes, Hurts would have easily been MVP had the Eagles held on. I think his ability as a passer has matured enough that he’s more than just a “running QB.” He can sling it. He has made some throws this postseason that have wowed me.

STD’s fumble argument is fun. It’s like “screw logic! I’m doubling down!”

Yeah....No ....it's called what actually happened. LoL......., or wait....did that not happen???? Did he not fumbled for a td while running???? Did I watch another game??? LoL
Also some of You fall in Love with Qbs so fast. I don't get it. Like We haven't seen hundreds of players have one great year, and never have another.

He held not once, but twice on that same play.
I wouldn't have called it, but I Love Defense, and the league has made it impossible to play it, but that was definitely a hold.

The Chiefs actually have a good GM in Brett Veach, but I'm sure Reid has a say in personnel moves.

Reid actually has final say in personnel moves. It was a big deal when he signed with the Chiefs.

That Eagles defense got exposed, especially in the redzone the Chiefs had guys wide open for TDs.
