It’s amazing watching competent teams play football. It’s like watching a totally different sport compared to what the Steelers play.

Funny thing. I was thinking the opposite. How unspectacular the level of play has been today.

    BTW. Bungles bungle again.

The thing I noticed is that they are all offensive head coaches. I wonder if there is is any correlation lately with the leagues emphasis on offense.

Eagles defensive front is so impressive. Should have kept Hargrave.

My conclusion was that the Steelers are not far away. If KFP gets some help and we fortify a few weaker spots on D we are in the playoffs next season.

My impression is that the Bengals coaches are incompetent AF and were bailed out by their playmakers. The fact that Mixon had 8 carries and Perine only 4 carries prove that. There were several drives that were completely wasted drives or the one drive, in the 3Q, that they were 3rd and 3 and Burrow had to throw the ball away and then on the 4th dahn Burrow threw a bomb to Chase. If Burrows and Chase doesn't connect there that's a 4 and out that started on the plus side of the field. There's not much innovation when you're simply one dimensional and barely any usage of a play-action passes.

There was no way they could keep Cam, Tuitt and Hargrave. If they’d known Tuitt would retire at 28 I’m sure they would have done things differently but they don’t have a crystal ball.

What killed the Bengals was their offensive line. Their pass blocking was terrible, they thought they got that fixed last off season, but they obviously didn't.

3 starting OL hurt in the last 3 weeks, and sitting on the sidelines will do that.
