I think the Steelers could have beaten the Bills. Kenny Pickett made some big time throws today.

I know it would have been a longshot, but the way the Steelers are playing right now they had a legit shot. Guarantee the Bills are happy they ended up with the Dolphins instead of the Steelers.

I don't know if We would have won, but I do freaking agree.....they are much happier to see the Dolphins instead of the Steelers.

The Bills honestly haven't looked dominant the last few weeks. Two kickoff returns for touchdowns were the difference today, they didn't look good against Cincy last week in the 10 minutes the game was actually played, barely beat the Jets and Dolphins (with a whomping of Chicago sandwiched in there). our defense has averaged less than 5 points per second half the last six games.

I don't think our O line pass protection is remotely good enough to win in the playoffs. We had to rally to beat the browns. Against top teams we would get smoked. Build off of this year by upgrading OC, O Line, ILB, CB and another defensive line player.

Good News, No more injuries next week.

Bad news, To me it looked like an ACL tear for Freiermuth.

No doubt. The Dolphins gave the Bills trouble during the season, but unless Tagovailoa can somehow return next week, Buffalo is much happier to see Miami than Pittsburgh. The Steelers probably would have lost, but they at least look somewhat dangerous right now. This is not the Pittsburgh team that got blown out in Buffalo. The offensive line is better. Harris is healthier. The defense is much better. Pickett is better. You also have the secondary that led the league in interceptions against Allen, who throws quite a few of them in the red zone.

Sucks, but this is what you get for losing to the Jets, Dolphins, and Patriots.

I would have liked to have found out but I would not have thought well of our chances.

We haven't looked dominant or even very good in all 17 games, so still not sure where this "Steelers could have given them a run" crap is coming from. A 30+ point beatdown was in store. A good, not quite great defense and a horrible offense doesn't cut it in the playoffs against the top seeds, regardless of how well they're playing.

It may turn out to be that, but how could you possibly diagnose that through the TV?

Rally? We were up 13 going into the 4th quarter. Did not trail once since 4:00 left in the second. I do not disagree with the rest of your statement.

Man You are right. Looking back it never felt like that. Felt like we had to rally to overcome shooting ourselves in the foot in-the first half. I literally went back to look at the scoring by qtr after your reply.

Say what? You consider that a rally situation?

I agree with that. We (and the refs) did more damage to ourselves than cleveland did. Officiating was terrible both ways today. A Clete Blakeman specialty.

Dominant? Steelers haven't been dominant since 2014 when they beat down Andrew Luck, Colts and Joe Flacco, Ravens with 12 total TDs in 2 games. 2014 turned into a pile of feces.

The Bills are weaker defensively than they were the first time the Steelers played them. Losing Von Miller is a big part of that.

The Steelers are much better on both sides of the ball than they were for that game. The ball-control offense could have helped protect the defense and Watt finally looks healthy. I wouldn't have expected a win, but yeah, I would have expected a good game.
