The guy just can't get his team up for every game. Very sporadic in preparations each game.

The showed him on ESPN before the game and it looked like he was ready to go on a dinner and movie date with his wife instead of some important game.

I feel anger every time someone quotes that.

Not happy with the team right now.

I've been a Tomlin backer since he's been here...

But at what point do you start pointing fingers at him?

Nobody out there today looked like they wanted it.

He's repeatedly showed really questionable clock management, and decision making... Going for it on that 4th down today was just horrible.

When Tomlin said we would unleash hell, I didn't know he meant we would unless hell on ourselves.

We've been pointing fingers all year.

    Still hasn't fixed it though.

We can beat Baltimore and the G-men but can't beat teams below 500.

    Riddle me that Batman.

This team always plays down to competition. And i don't know why. Tennessee, Oakland, Cleveland and Chargers. Who is the blame?

I didn't have a problem with going for it. I had a problem with calling a run up the gut when you needed 12 inches and they DID NOT use a fullback.

**cough cough** Todd Haley **cough cough**

"I'm not worried about Ben's physical condition. I'm worried about the other 10 men out there that don't seem to have the urgency." - Tomlin

Problem. Admits it. No way to fix it. Admits that too.

Is it time for Mr Rooney to say his family went 2 out of 3 as far as quality coaching decissions over the years and this one was a mistake?

Like I've been saying for 2 years now, Tomlin will be fired before his contract is over. That's my prediction and has been since last season. I think he's the most overrated coach in the whole league. He won't last another 4 years.

I agree with the quote - Ben has been stellar and the rest of the team mediocre - but isn't fixing that type of problem the head coach's job? If not, what is he good for? He has coordinators to do the game planning and practices - he needs to fix the big picture problems, and if he can't, bring someone in who can.

I've been with you most of the season, but I'm starting to doubt Mike. If you don't blame him now, when do you?

I just can't get over going for it on that 4th down... 10-0 going into the half is bad, not converting and going into half 17-0 is potentially losing the game in the first half.

I've always wondered what he does with all the poor performances he owns.

He probably has a shelf in his basement he puts them on.

O.K. I was unhappy with the whole team today - Tomlin, LeBeau, Haley, Ben, O-line, D-line, DBs, STs - you name it. However, to those who feel that Tomlin will be fired. Ummmmm - have you checked the ownership of this team? Really? Cowher wasn't fired after 3 LOSING seasons. Let me say that with a little more emphasis. THREE LOSING SEASONS did not get Cowher fired. Does anyone REALLY think that the Rooneys will fire a coach who has not had a SINGLE losing season yet? REALLY? I know people are frustrated, but to suggest that the Rooneys will fire Tomlin is to admit that you do not know the Rooneys. We have had 3 coaches - 3 - in the last 43 years. Not this season - or any other is going to get Tomlin fired - unless he completely loses the team - which he has not done.

This was a TEAM LOSS today, including coaches. We were out played, out hustled, and out coached. Norm is a goner, and like any of us would do, he pulled out all the stops to leave on a high note. It happens. I think Tomlin will own it and recognize his own failing as well as the players.

The lack of focus, determination, & motivation is discerning. Particularly by many of the young.

Is not having a Ward type leader in the locker room, never mind on the field, killing us?

Now, we move on & try every thing in the book to turn this season around by ending it with wins.

Said the same thing earlier. Hard to figure out why we are flat when the records are just as flat? Looking ahead, or looking past I'm not sure, but the players play and coaches can only do so much

    Right well.

If the players can't force themselves to play harder how are you going to make them tougher?

    Maybe they need to be....I don't know....COACHED?
