To say they watched him Die and be brought back is either dramatically overreacting or just …….. well…

Thing is we don’t know, he stood up , dropped, medical personnel treated him which included at some point CPR, it’s very critical , serious, and potentially life threatening but let’s at least keep it in perspective and not speculate , and most importantly let’s pray for this young man.

I'm glad to hear stable, but critical, but not hearing that on TV. I know immediate, but that can mean people in other places, even in the military overseas. There are divorces, children moving away, etc, that can spread a family out.

You perform CPR when someone stops breathing. WTF are you talking about.

Where did you hear “stable, but critical”? Is there a link? That’s encouraging if that’s true.

You can be hit just right in the chest and have the heart stopped . He stood up so that seems unlikely. He could have stood up too fast, got light headed passed out and hit his head, maybe an unknown heart condition showed itself.

We don’t know, and curiosity urges us to know or speculate. Hopefully he recovers.

Let’s just focus on praying for this young man and yes, it’s best they cancelled that game.

I’m watching ESPN and I’m hearing critical condition. I haven’t heard them attach stable to that. Maybe I missed it.

A heart concussion, or commotio cordis, does not have to happen immediately. It can happen a few seconds later. It's not uncommon for kids who get hit by a baseball to pick the ball up, hand it the ump, take a few steps then collapse.

Kudos to McDermott and Zach Taylor for not allowing the players to go back out there and play this game. It would have been a terrible look for the NFL to let them go back out there and play this game. Obviously the main concern is Hamlin’s health and we hope he is gonna be okay but this game being cancelled and not completed has really thrown a huge curve ball to what is gonna be done now going into the last week of the season. It’s not a real concern right now at the moment but there are gonna need to be some decisions made the next few days of how this last week of games is gonna play out.

Why the hell would you bring that up now? By the way, Pickett defended him after the game. Remember, they were teammates at Pitt.

    Thank you for the update

I saw this on a news site...I last saw it, the amount was approaching a million.

According to a cached version of the web page, Hamlin's GoFundMe had received $2,921 in donations in the two-year span through December 2022. It raised nearly $700,000 in the span of an hour Monday, after Hamlin collapsed on the field during Buffalo's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Clark was great, including the anecdote about Tomlin not letting him play in Denver.

Yeah. He also played at pitt with Kenny. I would not be shocked to hear Kenny is heading to the hospital to be there for him.
