Detroit is beating the piss out of Chicago. Fields has four completions for 47 yards as the game enters the 4th quarter. Claypool is actually active and has zero targets.

So many Tomlin Lovers bashed Ben and defended Claypool. Add his production and attitude equals a giant zero.

I can’t believe there are those who still believe Justin Fields can be a competent NFL quarterback.

Fields finished the game 7 for 21 and 75 yards. He did take off and run for 118 though.

He’s like Malik Willis, a RB with a strong arm. If I were an NFL GM, I’d stay as far away from Ohio State quarterbacks as I could. They’re cursed going all the way back to Art Schlichter.

Claypool to Fields "Hey, Didn't you see me??? I was open!"

Fields to Claypool "Of course I saw you. Everybody saw you. You fell. That's why no one was covering you."

What a great move by the Steelers FO. This move should give the Steelers 3 picks in the top 50. Theoretically that should be a starter at 3 positions

    Don't you mean 3 picks on the top 64? The 32nd, 34th, and 64th.

Maybe we can trade Trubisky back to the Bears for another pick. Fields doesn’t appear to be the upgrade they thought.

In fairness, he got drafted by an organization that loves to ruin QBs or just likes bad QBs.

I think the talent is there, but he may be ruined already by a horrible organization that hates to play good offensive football.

If he was playing under Andy Reid, Peterson or 15-20 other head coaches or organizations, he'd be playing reasonably well right now (for a rookie).

He looked like a QB to me when they beat the snot out of Clemson. He was pinpoint accurate and made great decisions.

I think you mean 31, 33, and 63. There are only 31 picks in the first round this year because the Dolphins were stripped of theirs for tampering.

Ron Cook said this a.m. on The Fan that Claypool has 11 catches for 110 yards or thereabouts, no TDs with Chicago. No, it isn't all his fault. Looking more and more like the Steelers dealt him to the right team at just the right time.

If Houston beats a terrible Colts team, and the Bears lose to Minny, that pick could be #32 (1st of 2nd round) overall.
