    1. While it wasn't pretty, Najee and Jaylen Warren both ran with authority

    2. Diontae Johnson would've crossed 100 yds if he didn't run backwards so much

    3. Other than wk 1, Alex Highsmith had his best game of the season

    4. The front 4 covered back 4's deficiencies well

    5. James Pierre is totally lost beyond 20yds of the LOS

    6. 12-16 on 3rd down is highly impressive

    7. Run defense showed up in a big way

    8. Mitch Trubiski got away with a few bad throws early on

    9. Aside from his backward stuff, DJ came through well

    10. Presley Harvin had a very consistent day for a change

I think I get what DJ's thinking. He'll juke the guy out but he never looks if there is another guy waiting. If your eyes are forward that is fine to try to trick the defender but he tries it with his back to them.

Overall probably best of season. I'd say both teams are middle of road or less teams but we were the better one.

    12. OL is getting much better. Still want a franchise LT but it's a young unit and hopefully keeps improving into a strength.

So D Johnson should have been benched for the remainder of the game after the Unsportsmanlike conduct penalty? Because that coaching decision would have likely cost us the game considering he made the (2) 3rd down catches on the final drive.

or Pickens or sims who knows. Have him sit a series. Ends don't always justify means. Would you feel differently if he had dropped the catch on one of those plays? Bottom line coach has to make it clear to team self over team is never tolerated.

He did sit. It wasn’t an entire series, but he got his ass chewed and was pulled from the game.

Best way to punish a professional player is in the wallet.

Well, much better than they were before. They may be nearing mediocrity.

This is why I`m expecting 10 wins next year.

Good point about DJ. Allen should be cut though. That was ridiculous.

Edmunds had a little Bad-Ass in him today.

Edmunds throwing that LT to the ground and then getting in the backfield to hit the QB was crazy. Edmunds had a Bull-Rush in him, who knew?

Gotta agree with all of these.

RG and LT have to be priorities in the draft.

I loved that. I'll bet Belichick spontaneously combusted in the locker room after he left the field. Now that I think about it, there wasn't really much time on the clock. Why run a play at all? Why not take a knee and go to OT? Or is there something I'm missing about the situation? Did NE have any timeouts? Maybe they thought they could get in FG range? If not, then The Hoodie has to eat some crap for running a play in the first place.
