Epic guitar work. RIP Hugie Thomasson and Billy Jones. My favorite quote I read on YouTube of this song; "I don't always listen to this song by The Outlaws, but when I do, so do the neighbors."

A change of pace - always loved the surf music sound - one of my favorite Sirius XM apps - here's a catchy tune performed by the Astronauts and written by Lee Hazelwood (produced a lot of Duane Eddy and (gulp) Nancy Sinatra tunes).

I have always liked this stuff, but I do feel like I'm in a Quinton Tarantino movie when listening to it. LoL

I like Kyuss the best!! I didnt love the direction of qotsa as much when Oliveri left/got kicked out. Also Lanegan leaving sucked too. RIP. That was horrible to hear about this year.

Crooked Vultures reminds me of Cream a little....

For sure! I was fortunate to see Dick Dale at a small venue at age 80 (him, not me, yet) a few years ago before he passed and he killed it doing the Tarantino soundtrack. He claimed that Tarantino loved his music so much he wrote the script for Pulp Fiction around Dale's music and not the other way around. :hmm: And of course many of his true blue fans were sporting their "Dick Head" t-shirts and hats. :lolol:

I didn't know that . It's still the last Album I've bought by them. The 1st album I bought was Join the Army back in the late 80s

That is not Trujillo on bass. He didn’t join until the late 80’s
