Sirloin steak, baked potatoes and Brussels sprouts in bacon.

 

Personally I think Brussels sprouts taste like a cross between cabbage and old tennis shoes

 

" Ketchup Soup " lol...It's a Sunday staple in the winter months...My Dad taught me how to make it...

It's basically a vegetable Soup ( with a cubed roast ) and you make egg flake noodles to spoon the Soup over...

Parsnips ( which is the one thing I don't like, but pick out after it's made )

Because those and a bottle of Ketchup ( Heinz ) of course ) give it a sweet taste..

People roll their eyes when I say Ketchup Soup...But it is SO good!

I’ve smelled a lot of old tennis shoes

Now my lab puppy has eaten old tennis shoes and just about anything else

 

I've seen many people I swear taste with their eyes. They will look at something, and say ....that doesn't look good.
I'm like have You tasted it yet???
I've eaten many things that neither look, nor smell great, but taste divine.
So I only go by My actual taste buds.
