Anyway, it just adds to this great rivalry if the HCs dislike each other.

 

I heard Mike's last words as, "Thank you, good job."

 

Coach Tomlin looked pisst, not sure why. I could care less about the hand shakes, but I would say our guy was in the wrong, if there's such a thing

 

I think he was a bit dismayed that Harbaugh had yanked him back. That was $!@# move by harbaugh.

Yup! Power play move by Harbaugh, like he's the one calling the shots. Tomlin wasn't playing his game and of course Harbaugh had the googly face when Tomlin refused to play his game.

 

Think Tomlin handled it perfectly. The way he came back, the look he gave him, perfect.

Say what you want about Tomlin, he's no drama queen.

 

I agree. I also don't think he would high hat someone either. He is a professional in how he conducts himself and also in how he wants the players to conduct themselves. Remember how he didn't think it was funny when AB did that backpedaling thing in the Skins game?

Just saw this while reading Peter King MMQ page 3. Tomlin seems pissed at Harbaugh! I wonder if it's something from the game or just that we all hate Ratbirds in general.

There's actually another thread for this one called "did anyone see". There were a lot of people talking about it last night. I personally think it's much ado about nothing.

 

This is nothing. Back in the day when Chuck Noll gave Jerry Glanville a talking too. Now that was classic. Pointed the finger in his face and everything.

 

What is it with the Harbaugh's and the handshake??? How long is Tomlin supposed to stand their before Harbaugh thinks he has gotten the respect he deserves? I thought it was pretty clear that Tomlin was looking to get to someone else on the field. He clearly said, Thank you, good job. Harbaugh is lucky Tomlin is a professional because Im not sure how alot of guys would have taken being dragged back.

I'm guessing Tomlin didn't care for some of the cheap shots they were taking at Batch, since he is old and the 3rd string guy. Maybe that's what ticked him off? I think the media is a making a bigger deal about it that it is. Not even close to the Jim Harbaugh and Swartz handshhake last year.

 

My reaction would have had him apologizing immediately... The look in my face would have been "this fool done lost his mf mind!"

 

Yeah, I dont think it takes a genius to figure out that alot of PEOPLE, not just guys, would have been pissed at being pulled back like that and probably, at the very least, would have said something.
