I make a fabulous ground turkey meatloaf with turkey/chicken stuffing with sauteed onions/celery in lieu of breadcrumbs and blended with turkey gravy mixed in and on top. Fortunately my cholesterol meds allow me to splurge on this every once in a while. :thumbs up:

I make a mean turkey burger. Mix in an egg, a few bread crumbs, sage, coriander, garlic, onion powder, parsley, cumin, marjoram, sumac, salt, pepper, a bit of cayenne pepper and a few other spices. Make the mix into patties and coat the patties with rubbed sage and some rosemary. Pan fry in olive oil or avocado oil to make a crispy sage crust to the burgers.

We are at a wedding that has lasted about 5 hours longer than I expected.

We had chicken, honey glazed carrots, and rolls. Then donuts instead of wedding cake.

Thankfully, no. Mine was in 2002. It was a friend of our family.

Crab has gone off the deep end as well

And I think they canceled king crab season in Alaska this year

That was always our Christmas Eve dinner

I'm Wimpy's double - love every form of burger - beef, buffalo, lamb, ostrich, even quality veggie burgers (especially Houston's Restaurant grilled veggieburger). Same for sausage including wild boar and venison). :thumbs up:

I forgot one key ingredient - dried cranberries! Rounds out that complete Thanksgiving dinner flavor year round. A big slice of pumpkin cheesecake wouldn't hurt either. :thumbs up:
