Reminds me of the 2003 season that led to them drafting Ben in 2004.

Agreed, but the people that are saying this don't take into account His 1st 3 SBs. Can't act like Belichick didn't have anything to do with them. Come on Bradys 1st SB win if You add the playoffs ,and the SB together.....Brady only had 2 tds, and a int.....so I would say Belichick had a tremendous part in that SB.....would You not???
We can't just pick, and choose what year.....otherwise this year....Belichick beat us, and Brady lost to us, and You can look at Tampa, and NE....which team do You think has more weapons on both sides of the ball???

That late in the season, those games will come down to how healthy Lamar Jackson is.

Im going out on a limb and adding this season as 12. I’m sure you think we are going on a deep run.

You clearly don’t know what makes athletes tick especially athletes like Watt.

The last thing he is thinking about is sitting his ass down and being a slacker.

Steelers went 10-5-1 in 2002 and won a playoff game. Steelers had to trade up in the draft to get Polamalu in 2003. I wouldn't call that a stumbling season.

Sounds like what the Bears said about MT. Same with Bush for us. Same with Haskins. Etc... My point is what you see in the minors doesn't make it for sure in the majors. People said KP was the most Pro Ready in last draft. He could be a dynamite pick, or just an average QB. Lots of premature criticism already on him. I assume you don't feel real good about him or you wouldn't be eyeballing another QB for next yrs draft. Your eyes may be right but it's still a crap shoot no matter who you pick. I like the eye test more than stats so you could be getting your wish if we don't right the ship real soon. To me, the most secure picks are linemen, but I am not a GM. JMO>

No I don’t think we are going on a deep run this season, I do however think we are on the right track of getting the pieces we need for the future.

I do not think Tomlin is a bad coach, I think he however is soft. I don’t like his demeanor on the sidelines, I want to see a coach fired up, yelling at the players, yelling at the officials.

My belief is you need a good coach and a bad coach. And when I say that I am saying the good coach can be a players coach and the bad coach needs to be the one that will jump the players @sses. I think Flores should be on the sidelines and be that bad coach role.

Here is what I believe will fix our Steelers, besides what I just stated. No questions asked, we need a new OC, we need a better line (we are definitely improving but we aren’t there yet) ILB, we totally suck, Jacks is an improvement for sure, a couple DB’s sure would help as well.

I honestly didn’t expect much out of this year, but I think we are headed in the right direction for the future. I do think Pickett is gonna be very good for years to come, once we have a complete team.

so many people rate the success of an NFL team on the QB position, in which they are the key part, but not all that is needed.

Good way to put it about Mr. Tomlin. He is soft. The first time A. Brown cost us a penalty on the ensuing kick off after his antics after scoring a TD should have been his last. Tomlin should have read him the riot act about that ****. It's OK to have some fun but he acted like the only receiver to ever score a TD.

Got me a cool spyglass for Sunday's game and if we are getting our ass handed to us I'm going to watch Tomlin most the game. Last game I attended I was behind the Steeler bench, this one I'm in front. Really wanted to see a 100% Watt play. I would have focused on him most the time.
