The last bunch of hires from Tomlin and the Steelers have been woefully inadequate. Can he and will he fix it ?

Hope he gets permission from Art II to fire that scrub Canada at the bye. Make Sullivan the interim OC.

Yea people wanna rip Canada and that’s fine he is terrible but Tomlin is the man in charge hiring these people and you just never hear anybody blame Tomlin for anything. Tomlin isn’t going to fix or change anything he just won’t do it. He thinks his way is the right way and that they have all the answers. Where is Art Rooney at in this entire mess to step in and demand changes and that what’s going on here is simply not good enough.

No team sets a goal 'Not to Win'

The Steelers usually ranked 10 ten in most categories, so nothing has been an 'epic disaster' since he's been here now in his 16th season.
It is tough to argue that right now, things just are working as planned.

It takes all 4 phases to work for a team to be dominate. Player Acquisitions, Offense, Defense and Special Teams.
On offense, I do think Canada owns some blame.
On Defense, I think Austin shares some blame.
Special Teams, there is some issue there as our Punter, a product of Player Acquisition, is not good.

Injuries have clouded the picture some as well as some players acquisitions.
Also, the loss of a Franchise QB is difficult as is the developing of another, some teams can't even do it. (who the heck ever thought that Geno Smith would be so dominate?)

This is going to be a tough year, no doubt.
For the Steelers not to even be in the race, I figure some heads will roll somewhere around Jan 9th.

Why would he change or care? He has no fear of losing his job with his lifetime Rooney contract. Only shot we have is he just gets burnt out but man that’s a lot of free easy money to walk away from!

I've made this statement ... over and over again. Mike(a Va. homeboy) has never been a good judge of talent. Whether, it has been, players or coaches. He, inherited a superbowl caliber team and staff. He didn't bring one asst with him ... when he took over as head coach. It used to pain me to see Colbert make a draft pick and Mike would just go along with it. He's a great motivational speaker, but just an underachieving leader.
